We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The hostess was there to greet us upon arrival and even called us in the early morning hours to let us know that the northern lights could be seen. The cabin was very nice and very comfortable. The views from this property were amazing as you could see Denali Mountain when you stepped outside. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

This was a great place to stay if you’re looking to get away into a place where there is peace and quiet. The road getting in there is a little bumpy but certainly possible for vehicles. They have numerous regulations for you to follow, but I’m pretty sure they all have come as a result of an experience somewhere along the line. So we were quite willing to do what they asked. They have a great place outside for fires and just enjoying the outdoors. Also a lake nearby with a trail down to it for some hiking experience. There are a total of five cabins in the area and we were the only ones there so it was very private, quiet, and most enjoyable.

Cabin is quaint but clean and spacious. Lacie provided detailed directions prior to arrival and there was a full kitchen with snacks, coffee and plenty of water were provided. Shampoo/conditioner, soap and a hairdryer were available. Were were somewhat confused as to which cabin we booked because there were more than one in the community, so don't forget the name and the drive to the cabin is a bit bumpy along a dirt road. There were a lot of mosquitos but Lacie provided a mosquito swatter. You may want to bring a mask because there aren't blackout curtains over all windows. This location was very close to the park... much better than many of the other more touristy places.

Stop searching and book now! Even though it’s just minutes from the Nat’l Park entrance, the town of Healy, and tourist shopping, you’d never guess it. It’s almost completely silent and feels like you’re camping in the wilderness. Only you’re far from camping! There’s plenty of hot water, a beautiful bathroom, all the cable channels on a TV, and two large beds. Now that you’ve decided to stay here, you’ll be happy to know there’s everything you need to make s’mores, ice in the freezer and a little travel cooler for your daily adventures. What you’ll also want to know is that you can’t drink the water, but plenty of bottled water is provided. There is a microwave but NO MICROWAVABLE DISHES. We got very creative with the mugs in the rental and made oatmeal, soup, heated up frozen veggies, and even instant rice. It might be easier to get food to grill (everything you need to grill is also provided). The grocery store in Healy has everything you need (and more) at similar prices to Anchorage. Enjoy your stay!

Lovely cabin overlooking the mountains of Denali.
The cabin was perfect! Built in 2019, it had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Full size refrigerator, plenty of storage and counter space, good sized bathroom. However, no stove. Great views of the mountains and only a short drive to Denali. The only drawback is the rough one mile dirt road going to the cabin.

So close to Denali National Park
This rental is very close to the Denali National Park, just a few minutes drive to park headquarters. Situated in a location away from the road you have magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and a lake to walk to on the property. Altogether stunning. But be aware there is no stove in the kitchen, just a microwave, toaster and barbecue outside. Also the only plates/bowls/glasses provided were paper/plastic.

Neat Cabin Near Denali
We stayed 2 nights at the Grizzly cabin and it was great. The cabin was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the heater worked good. It is in a convenient location in proximity to Healy and the entrance to Denali. It was nice getting to chat with Lacie and we even got snow on our last night/morning before driving back to Anchorage.

We loved our stay at this property! The fire pit, s’mores supplies, close proximity to the park, comfy beds, and beautiful views made it a perfect home base for our visit to Denali. The moose who likes to visit the property was also very cute :) and Lacie was very responsive to any questions we had!

One with the wilderness
It was a beautiful cabin with a window view into the wilderness that looked like a poster! The host was amazing and had treats for the kids to enjoy! She was very accommodating as we were traveling with kids. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay in Denali. We also saw the Moose mother and calf one day early morning on our way to Denali park. Highly recommend the cabin!

Cabin was clean, It is in a good location. It is away from all the crap, but close enough to the park and "real" grocery store. ONLY down side--- needs something to cover the window in the door. Light for 18 hours a day..bring a sleep mask.

The cabin was impeccable and tastefully appointed. The views from the property are beautiful and you’re in close proximity to Denali National Park. Lacie thoughtfully provided bottled water and ice. One negative was that the only way to cook a meal was on a gas grill outside which failed to light. Fortunately there was a Thai food truck down the road a bit. I would highly recommend a stay at this property.

It was away from the glitter and bustle around Denali with the gift shops and hotels. Just a few miles down the road. Nice, quiet stay and friendly host. Plenty to do in the area and weather was great the whole time. Would recommend to anyone with 4 or less adults.

The location of this cabin was perfect! We loved being able to step right out into the beautiful Alaskan wilderness. The cabin was clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful! There was only one issue we had that could prevent us from staying again. The front door has a large decorative glass panel with no curtain. Also the blinds on the windows weren't quite enough to keep out the midnight sun. We ended up hanging a towel over the door, which helped a lot, but it was still too bright for us to sleep soundly. If there were blackout curtains in addition to the blinds, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again! I normally sleep in complete darkness at home, so if you aren't as picky about that then you likely won't have a problem.

Spectacular place!
If you're here in the Healy area, you're clearly looking to enjoy nature and the scenery of the area. Well, this place is quite literally that "cabin in the woods" experience that you're looking for. Less than 5 minutes from the stuff in Healy and 15 minutes from the park, it's a perfect location. The unit was very clean and had all the necessary amenities, and Lacie was more than happy to provide anything else I needed during my stay. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, and the scenery of the area is simply beautiful. The one and only negative I can think of is that the patio isn't covered, so if it rains (which it did a good bit while I was there), it makes it tough to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. But next time I visit the area, I won't hesitate to check on her units' availability.

A perfect stay in Denali
We were planning to spend a couple days in Healy and originally planned to camp, but the weather was looking iffy and found these cabins instead. And OH MY GOSH am I glad we did! The cabins are close to both Healy and the Park entrance, and remote enough to not feel packed in with all the hotel tourists. Our cabin had everything we could have wanted and more- great beds, extra towels, board games, s’mores ingredients and lots of coffee. Couldn’t recommend the cabin more and we will definitely be back next time we head north!

Grizzly Bear Cabin was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, all in a wonderfully peaceful location. Easy access to all we wanted to do in Denali, yet we felt like we had the work all to ourselves. Beds were super comfy, spacious bathrooms with soaps etc provided. Outdoor deck, campfire area (with s’mores fixings all provided!), and lots of space to roam. We saw moose with her calves run through the meadow just outside our cabin door on the first morning! Lacie was an outstanding host & went out of her way to accommodate us, answering our many questions regarding the Covid regulations in AK. Hope to be able to visit Denali again someday & will definitely stay at the Grizzly Cabin!

Lacie was wonderful. She messaged us prior to our arrival to give us directions as well as things to do in the area. We were there for a relaxing family mini vacation and it was so stress free. Everything we needed was provided for us from bathroom soaps to plates to seasoning for food. Absolutely beautiful and just a short walk to the lake.

Exactly as described: luxurious and rustic at the same time. Lacie was a great hostess, stocking our cabinet with instant oatmeal and stuff to make s’mores! Beautiful property, comfy beds, high end linens and towels. Close to park entrance. Great stay, would go back.

These are beautiful, new construction cabins that are very conveniently located to Denali National Park. It really is the best of both worlds being so close to Denali, but having space to spread out. The property the cabins are built on is beautiful with mountain views, and a quick walk to a lake. There was a fire pit and grills for all the cabins to share. When we were there in July, the drinking water at the cabins was non-potable. The owner did provide a case of bottled water to drink and use, as well as spring water for the Keurig Coffee maker. The owner lives onsite, and was readily available for help, trash removal, etc. The beds and furnishings were very nice. The owner is definitely working hard to maintain this property and keep everything looking brand new. There were some great pantry items we found in the cabin, such as s'mores supplies, k-cups, and creamers, as well as spices and some paper products.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Denali. The location was easily accessible but remote enough that we really did feel we were in the wilderness. It rained a lot if the time, so we stayed in the cabin more than we had planned. It was beautifully furnished with 2 queen beds, a counter-height dining table with 4 wooden chairs, and 2 straight-backed cushioned chairs; we were wishing for comfortable "hang-out" seating.
