« Beautifully furnished and in good decorative order. Loads of space, really well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds. There was a big box of toys for the little ones to play with, as well as baby gates, a travel cot and other useful things for kids. It was the ideal location for our trip. Nothing at all, it was all great! »

« We used as a crew house so the fact the rooms can be set up as three twins was ideal. Some padding on the low ceiling over the stairs! Forgot to duck a couple of times. »

« Stunning location beautiful house Although we had a fantastic week all of our was not good as wooden beds creak way too much. Mattresses were comfortable .Divans would be a better option.only thing missing was oven gloves in the kitchen Everything ekse great »

« Stunning house, perfect for our group of 9 adults Amazing TV in lounge Great having so many bathrooms! If you like walking as we do, the walk to Sandown is highly recommended. House was quite warm would have been good to be able to control temperature other than by opening windows. Location good and bad. Bad when walking after dark but can’t really improve this. Good as nice and quiet. »

« Great base to explore IOW (by car), nowhere is very far away.Enjoyed visiting Godshill, Shipwreck Centre, Carisbrooke Castle, Newtown Nature Reserve, Freshwater Bay (great waves!), Cowes, Sandown, Ventnor and Shanklin. Also climbed Bembridge Windmill and had lunch at St Helen's beach.Had a boiler breakdown on first morning so had no hot water for 4 days, happened on the Friday so difficult to find someone to repair it. The home owners were very apologetic (no-one's fault) and did all they could...

« An excellent place to get away from the business of life, and rest, with wonderful view from the deck of the cabin. It looked out over a small estuary to the harbour, a very peaceful place. The access to the property was easy, and most things that you might need were within a short walk. The rooms were well laid out, very warm and comfortable. It did not feel cluttered but most things for cooking etc were available. Local cafe/restaurant available in the boat yard and Emsworth town centre about...
