« For thew most part the hotel was clean. Had a little trouble with the sink in the room where the handle fell off. I reported, they said they would take care of it. They never did. The room smelled a bit humid »

« The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting. « I stayed here two nights while preparing for surgery on the third day. Our room was clean and quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. « That staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Working as a travel nurse they were very helpful in getting me set up and a room each and every time I needed a room the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel 100 times over, very well managed! »

« The lobby & rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly & helpful. Only 2 of 5 of the exercise machines were functional and the coffee maker was out of order at breakfast. The grounds were mowed but there were weeds growing in flower planters instead of flowers. Overall the good outweighed the bad but some small fixes would have made it a really good stay. »

« Booked a single queen room and the room had a double bed. Also had 2 dogs with me for 2 nights and they charge $20 per dog per night and that was not what I was told when I called and asked. The bathroom in the room didn’t have hand soap for washing your hands. »

« The room is pretty clean, but I overheard a conversation about housekeeping and the help desk person said housekeeping was done around every three weeks or so to the person asking. But that’s for an extended stay, which is still kinda long. Also, I don’t know what they clean with, but pet smells must be hard to get out of the rooms.
