Terrible stay
As soon as we arrived at the property the issues began. We arrived at the property and quickly found out the air conditioners didnât all work. A repair man showed up without notice and left without fixing anything. Another repairman came in 3 days later, with notice, and also left without fixing anything. Only one air conditioner was working fully upstairs. If you turned too many things on upstairs, everything would turn off. Which then led to us having to go downstairs to the breaker to turn things back on, after we had unplugged some things. This meant that we basically had to choose between making food, doing laundry or staying cold. We had to go to Walmart and buy fans because the rooms were unbearably hot. Only one room had a fully functioning air conditioner. The downstairs bedroom with 2 beds didnât have an air conditioner at all and the room with 3 beds only has one air conditioner which is not enough to cool down such a huge room. There is also no netting on any of the doors or windows. This led to a flood of insects coming in when we opened the doors and windows to cool off. The game room floor has a terrible tile that seems to condense the hot air. I wouldnât recommend being barefoot downstairs. After it rained once we discovered the game room has a leak in the ceiling. So keep that patio area nice and dry.
