"This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by lush gardens. It lacks some of the amenities you expect at this level (gym, fridge in the room, tea making facilities) and the helicopters that come and go to the hotel’s helipad are a real nuisance. However, my real reason for the 4/5 grade is because of all the bird cages. Toucans are meant to be free."

"Chambre grande bien équipée avec vue magnifique sur le lac ( nous avions demandé lors de la réservation un étage élevé au 5eme : vœu exaucé!). Hotel moderne situé à 2 pas des lanchas publiques pour gagner les différents villages autour du lac. Très belle piscine agréable ,parking sécurisé , belles parties commune, propreté parfaite. Petit déjeuner buffet parfait. Dîner de qualité "
