Haute-Autriche - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« Only the view is great, there is no sink in the kitchenette, you have to get water from washroom sink, no door for the standing shower. When I made the reservation on Expedia, I selected 1 adult guest and the price shown did not state that adding another guest would cost extra per person per night. The unit is a one-bedroom villa/lake-view apartment with two beds and a large sofa, so it is clearly equipped for more than one person. However, upon check-in, the managing company demanded an...

« There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all. »

« Location was great. »
