« DÉÇUS. Rien ne correspondez à notre réservation… Nous avons logés dans un autre bâtiment à plusieurs centaines de mètres donc aucune commodité de l’hôtel réservé, bar, vue sur le lac et même le petit déjeuner où nous avons été une seule fois le jour du départ. Les chambres devais êtres insonorisés, avec chauffage individuel, mais rien de tout cela, et en plus, vous avions deux petites couettes d’un mètre pour un grand lit, une horreur, surtout que les chambres n’étaient pas bien chauffées....

« Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. « Münih’ten araç kiralayarak muhteşem manzaralar eşliğinde Hallstatt’a geldik. Otel konum olarak her yere çok yakın ve gölün hemen kıyısında yer alıyor. Kaldığımız odanın mutfağı son derece güzel ve kullanışlıydı. Tesis oldukça sessiz ve sakin bir bölgede; hemen yan dairede polis merkezi olduğu için güvenlik konusunda da içiniz tamamen rahat oluyor. Polis merkezi yan daire olması hiç sorun değil hiçbir ses vs yok olay yok… Sadece iki konuya dikkat edilmesini öneririm: Hallstatt genelinde olduğu...

« This place is just a place for sleeping. The good part is that the room is big for more than 4 guests. Parking space is available. But amenities are insufficient. For examples, there is no conditioner for hire and water temperature is low. Furnitures are a mixed bag. If not for on-site parking, I will try differently places for stay. »

« Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a misunderstanding regarding the parking arrangement, and when we tried to clarify and even compromise, the staff member at the reception (an older male) became very rude and aggressive. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he insulted us, mocked our English, and even threatened to remove us from the hotel. We found his behavior completely unacceptable and felt unsafe.
