Mixed Experience at the Resort â Great Staff, Poor Management
The servers, waiters, waitresses, and bartenders were truly amazingâfriendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. They were definitely the highlight of the resort experience.
However, I was disappointed with the overall management of the property. Both pools were poorly cleaned and lacked proper maintenance. Entertainment was limited, and music in the restaurants and around the pool areas was inconsistent or completely absent at times, which affected the overall ambiance.
There was also confusion about the main poolâs closing timeâstaff gave me inaccurate information, which was frustrating. On my first night, my room had not been cleaned prior to my arrival, which was unexpected and unacceptable for a resort of this caliber.
Additionally, the resort grounds had an ongoing issue with flies and mosquitoes, which made it difficult to fully relax. The beach was covered in seaweed and wasnât cleaned until my third day there. By then, many guestsâincluding myselfâchose to visit local beaches off-site, which was disappointing considering beach access was a key part of choosing this resort.
