There was a lot of stuff that needs improvement including a broken shade in the upstairs bathroom, no shade in the downstairs bathroom, disconnected slats in the bedframe in one of the bedrooms, TV remote with dead batteries, lamps missing the knobs to turn them on and off, missing bulbs in some of those same lights, no outside light in the back of the house, disconnected door on a kitchen cabinet, loose panels on the baseboard heaters, and bedside tables that...

The apartment had all the comforts of home, from coffee and snacks in the kitchen to self-care items (e.g., toothbrush, toothpaste, etc).
