« We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed. »

« The view is spectacular. House is as advertised and quite large to host 10+ people. House needs some interior lighting work and some paint in main great room. Exterior needs some work on trim and siding. Wooed deck furniture needs to be replaced as there are exposed fasteners. Front door needs to be replaced as that is the first impression when you enter. Overall, the Property Manager was extremely accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer. »

« We did not agree with or understand the negative reviews of this house. It is in a very nice neighborhood right off of Rt. 28, and is within walking distance of shopping and several nice restaurants and attractions. It is also within walking distance of Seagull Beach, which may be the most beautiful beach on Cape Cod. « We enjoyed our stay in this charming historic feeling home. Everything was very clean, there were adequate kitchen supplies, the owner was v responsive, and the location was super convenient to exploring north of Orleans and the Outer Cape and Chatham and the mid Cape. The dining room has a painted floor that is just marvelous! Owners provided towels and nice linens (we loved the pretty quilts!) which is really helpful when you are a family group. NB there is no laundry on site so if you cycle...

« The space is beautiful. Everything is clearly newly renovated from the appliances to the light fixtures. Only wish the property manager requested that we didn’t use a butcher table via text/message instead of sending someone to put a sign in the table in the middle of the day. « Cool house. Could/should be a great experience. Never had any internet which was a problem when we needed to get some work done remotely. Bugs/ants were everywhere in the house. Property manager is a real problem. But would definitely stay here again. The house is stocked with everything you need. Great space. Great location. »
