« Enjoyed the hot tub, host was very friendly, very clean! »

« Easy to locate. Clean, clean, clean! Loved all the amenities! Would stay there again! »

« Everything was good. Might want to trim back the trees in the driveway. Hard for passenger to get out without running into them. »

« Everything was absolutely perfect. »

« It was a wonderful treat to stay in this clean and comfortable updated space in an historic home near downtown Sioux Falls. It’s within walking distance to a nearby church, the historical home district, restaurants and even the Falls and the riverwalk. Nice touch was a coffee pot and fresh coffee to drink, plus a couple of water bottles on the bed. I liked the touch of the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. We would definitely recommend this rental property! »

« Very good place to stay. Everything was top notch. »

« Had a bad stay. Good--apartment was clean and nice, pet friendlyBad---It is a duplex and the entry smelled strongly of dog. My car was parked on the road in front of it (where they said) and it got robbed during the night. They refused to reimburse me for the 2nd night even though I had to get a hotel because my daughter was terrified to stay there. There is a camera looking out the door towards the street and they have not given me the footage. »

« Misclicked on the dates and host was not helpful. Did not offer a refund even after explaining situation and communicating quickly. Didn't end up getting to stay due to hosts unhelpful commhnication. »

« I've now stayed at two homes owned by this person. Both have been excellent experiences. Clean, all the amenities plus special touches like welcome snacks that I didn't expect. This little house is cozy and perfect for a single out couple. »

« We had an excellent stay at Prairie Haven. Meticulously clean and neat property. We were very comfortable. Highly recommended! »

« This property is located in a desirable and quiet neighborhood. The home is clean, updated, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the bed options by providing one bedroom with a softer mattress and one bedroom with a firmer mattress. The modern light/fan fixtures in the bedrooms move air perfectly while you sleep. The beautiful fireplace insert was beautiful and calming (doubling as a gentle nightlight). We stayed long enough to utilize the dressers and closets during our stay, although...

« The property was very clean and comfortable. The only surprise is that the bathroom is attached to the small bedroom and you must walk through the small bedroom to go to the large bedroom. All other spaces were great. »

« The house was adorable and had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful! She allowed for an early check-in last minute. She was incredibly communicative and helpful troubleshooting when bad weather arose during our stay. Our entire group agreed that we would LOVE to stay at this accommodation again. If we could have given more than 5 stars we would have! »

« The basement was perfect for my son and his family with smaller children. They were all corralled in one area and entertained by the pool table, TV, and games. »
