« This suite was in the lower level of a house near the historic district of Sioux Falls and very close to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had a table, 2 stools, sink, a frig, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, as well as a few glasses, paper plates, and utensils. Also a love seat, a little bar with two stools and a TV with Netflix. The bathroom supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of street parking in front of the house. I'd stay there again :) »

« Such an adorable house with modern updates yet a retro vibe. Everything was thought of from the welcome sign and fresh baked strawberry bread at the door to cotton swabs, flossers, and razors n the bathroom. Truly a gem in the heart of Sioux Falls. »

« The property was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. There were added touches like robes/slippers, games, and a good variety of snacks were provided. The host had helpful notes and kept in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Very enjoyable stay. »

« The property was very clean and comfortable. The only surprise is that the bathroom is attached to the small bedroom and you must walk through the small bedroom to go to the large bedroom. All other spaces were great. »

« Super clean and spacious! Really comfy beds. It was so thoughtful to have books and toys available for kids - they really enjoyed them! My husband and I had a great time playing in the game room after the kids went to bed. »
