The management at this hotel is horrible. Absolutely. Horrible food in the fridge. The door was open on pond. Arrival the pool is Close to the beam dirty. The staff is extremely unfair when it comes to getting A. Refund for your room. Did not even get to sleep the entire night because it was so disgusting

I expected more, especially for the rate paid. Gym was outdated,not worthy of name. I wanted to use the elliptical machine, it didn't have the features ones used to,such as resistance,incline. Opted to walk outside instead. Things improved outside,there were sidewalks! Amazing for being so close to the highway. Check in was usual ,nothing special . Hope breakfast is acceptable.

The outside can make you think it’s a nice place. The hallways where smelling like cigarettes. The room I rented was smelling dirty that I had to go buy refreshments to make atlease my night stay better, floor had red stays like if it was blood, the towels had black spots like mold.The staff was rude and didn’t know much when I asked questions.in overall I won’t go back there. I rather spend the money for the right spot.

Decent for the money. The staff was friendly and the location is convenient. Both online and in the room book state that breakfast was until 10am but ehen we got to the breakfast room around 9:10 it was closed with a sign on the door that breakfast was until 9am. The next morning we got there before 9 and it was disappointing. They were out of just about everything and there werent many choices. The room was okay. It was clean overall but there was a stain on one of the blankets and the room had a weird smell. It was also a bit dated and you could hear the people from across the hall at times. Lastly, I didn't like that they charged my card hours before we checked in when we selected pay at hotel.

Dear Rachel,Thank you for the overall comments. On the property description page, it is stated that we reserve the right to pre-authorize the credit card on busy or sold out evenings. When we are sold out, we have to verify the credit card guaranteeing the room is valid so that we can hold the room for late arrival. We receive so many bad and declining credit cards that on high occupancy evenings, we have no choice. I am very sorry if this has caused any inconvenience.

We found a roach in the room we asked for bug spray and the staff bring the spray meaning there was roaches in the hotel if they carry bug spray the carpet was stain and the bathtub dirty

My room smelled terrible, had wet used towel under the sink, sink was clogged, dirty toilet...but the beds were so comfortable and the staff was really nice.

I asked 4 times to have my room cleaned. It never happened in the 9 days there. I had to get towels and toilet paper from the front desk. The breakfast was never filled in a timely manner and the day after Easter there was no food at all at 8:10am The one girl doingbreakfastwas actinglike the food was coming out of her pocket and was was ridiculous when asked for more eggs and sausage. I had 3 breakfasts out of 9 days because it was ridiculous. Also the elevator was broken and no button to floor one. Always had to wait for other elevator and apparently someone got stuck in it one day. I will never stay here again. Management needs to ridiculed badly.

Karen, I find it interesting that you stayed for 6 nights then added two more nights then complained about the property. Choice Hotel's policy is we clean stayover rooms every 3 days unless specifically asked for additional service. This is posted at the front desk, it is also posted in every guest room and the desk clerk will ask you as well. In addition, if there happens to be a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, the staff will not bother you.

Quite interesting that you enjoyed your stay on the Feb. 13 that you rebooked and stayed an additional 2 nights. Then on 20Feb24 you made a new reservation for 4 nights. Seems like you enjoyed your stay since you keep rebooking! We will all disregard your comments

The service was solid, and a nice front desk person even helped me check in early. But the reception area, business center, elevators, and breakfast area were tiny. The computer in the business room was not working, but thankfully I had brought my own. When I went to use the pool in the middle of the afternoon it was closed for maintenance. My room was okay, but there was peeling sheetrock tape, holes in the bed ruffle and shower curtain, guck in the drain, and brown built up ice in the mini fridge. The toilet also ran and ran, making a loud noise. Overall, it felt out of date, in need of renovation, and in need of a deep clean. It worked for my purposes, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Friendly staff when you could get their attention, but there were too few people for too many guests. Breakfast was inedible. Room was clean, but multiple broken fixtures in the bathroom.
