« The room was lovely. We couldn't open 2 of the windows so it was an incredibly stuffy night. There was a fan provided but opening the windows would have been a better option. A small thing really. »

« Great location!! Shepherds hut fully equipped and well thought out, even has a picnic basket and blanket. Host is super friendly and helpful. Easy access to local community, walks, cycle tracks through beautiful forests with picnic spots along the way. Safe environment and free parking a short walk from the accommodation. Braai (barbecue) and fire pit. As SAFFA’s was great to sit around the fire under the stars braaing marshmallows. Thanks for an awesome stay. »

« Badgers Hut, a deceptively spacious shepherd's hut situated in its own field on the edge of the estate. Perfect for stunning sunrise watching and late night marshmallow-toasting by the fire pit under the bright moon! Lovely comfy bed and spacious shower room and well equipped kitchenette. Beautiful decor throughout- and the space was enhanced by the outdoor decking area. We had a fabulous stay, boosted by the weather and delightful sounds and sights of the country (with a few added airplane...

« Th Leicester Inn is a very old listed property and as such has some wonderful aspects giving it great character. Being old and listed also means that modern features like double glazing and air conditioning are not present and we stayed on one of the hottest days of the year. Our room was very hot but a fan was provided and we were able to have an open window. There is a good size car park at the rear of the Inn. Food and service were superb. »
