It's an ideal place to explore by car, there are also fabulous walks through Nidderdale right from the doorstep. Mountain biking or road cycling are also popular, with its quiet, winding roads away from the hustle and bustle.
The spa town of Harrogate is a 30 min drive, and well worth a visit, it boasts beautiful architecture, fabulous gardens such as the Valley Gardens, or RHS Harlow Carr. There is a plethora of excellent restaurants and up market shopping, a visit to Betty's tea rooms is a must ! The pretty dales towns of Pateley Bridge ( 10 mins drive), Grassington ( 20 mins Drive) and Skipton (35 mins drive), are all lovely places to visit. There are also some excellent local tourist attractions, such a Stump Cross Caverns, National Trust Brimham Rocks, World Heritage site Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal, and Bolton Abbey with stunning views and river , perfect for a picnic on a warm sunny day.

Very comfortable living area with seating for 4 people, smart TV, and wood burning stove. Master bedroom has double bed with smart TV, second bedroom has twin beds. Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
