Contemporary & elegant, 3-bedroom house a short walk from Harrogate's center.

This luxury abode has quite literally got everything right on its doorstep. There are very few places that are as quiet and private, whilst still being so accessible. Modern and fully equipped for families, groups of friends or business travelers. Spread over 3 floors, an open plan living, dining, kitchen and cloak room occupy the ground floor. The family bathroom, a tastefully decorated en-suite king bedroom and a twin bedroom occupy the second floor. A private en-suite king bedroom occupies the third floor. Situated on a quiet residential street with secure private parking and a tranquil enclosed grass garden with ample seating for alfresco dining and an apple tree.

Harrogate has an incredible history and it’s amazing how this town proudly embraces it, whilst seamlessly integrating modern elegance. With a buzzing restaurant and bar district, be sure to eat Thai food at Sukhothai and make a trip to the IVY to enjoy posh food in an elegant environment. Further afield, there's plenty of walks and cycling routes to explore as well as must visits to the picturesque Yorkshire Dales, The Valley Gardens, Fewston and Swinsty Reservoir and Brimhan rocks.

As well as the cosy coffee shop inside the M&S Simply Food. You can also find a Folk coffee shop, a Cortado coffee shop and a few takeaways and shops between Sainsbury’s Local and M&S Simply Food. There’s also plenty of places to eat, drink, see a show or watch a movie in the 2 cinemas in the center of Harrogate. A visit to Harrogate’s famous tea shop Betty’s, the Harrogate Turkish Baths and the world-famous IVY restaurant are a must. Locally, foodies will love The Wild Plum restaurant which is just a few mins stroll from the house and serves the most incredible, locally sourced British food imaginable. The Roosters Brewery is also a 5 min walk away with it's own onsite microbrewery and serving delicious food.

Harrogate has an incredible bus network that can take you to all the local villages and towns for a nominal fee. Hornbeam train station is just 5 to 10 minutes’ walk from the house and services many nearby destinations including vibrant Leeds, contemporary Manchester and the capital London.

The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks, getting you out into the countryside and woods, all withing 5 mins walk from the house. Good facilities, well equipped and very comfortable big beds. No waiting for bathrooms with 3 of them spread over different floors. Lovely garden and sunny all day. Will certainly be back.

Stayed at Apple Tree Corner in Harrogate and we arrived late to a spotlessly clean house that was tastefully furnished with all the amenities we needed. Location is ideal, a 15 mins stroll into the centre of Harrogate. Nice quiet and very private location. Loved that the car was safe and it had FREE parking (had to pay everywhere else in Harrogate). The host had some brilliant suggestions in the guest book so we tried Brimhan rocks and Betty’s Tea Room which are highly recommended. Would love to stay again!

Very good location, perfect for exploring North Yorkshire while being close to the city as well. The host shared lots of information about the property in advance and was flexible with check in which we appreciated. This place is exquisite, big comfy beds, lovely open plan space, just like the pictures with some delightful hotel touches and a gift basket of local treats. You can tell they wanted us to really appreciate and enjoy our stay and we really did. Some nice restaurants and a great microbrewery nearby as well as stroll into town if your fancied it. Loved seeing Harrogate dressed up for Xmas and the free parking was a godsend. We highly recommend this place and have no doubt it will be booked up very soon!

We loved this house. Convenient location with everything on the doorstep and close to The Stray and easy walking distance to the high street. Very quiet and peaceful and safe. Immaculate inside with excellent decor and really nice quality furniture - everything you needed and all very new and homely. It had everything you need to eat in, and lots of recommendations to eat out. Loved the guest information booklet, filled with local tips and restaurants. Lovely soft hotel standard bedding (the best night’s sleep) and towels. Toiletries are a nice touch especially for a quick stay and the host was very professional. Clear instructions about everything, and a lovely bottle of prosecco and snacks waiting for us. First rate experience and we definitely plan to return. Thank you for a great holiday, we loved staying!

Oh my goodness, not only was the house just better than we expected we had great hikes to explore in the surrounding area. But about the house, we loved the sunny south facing garden which has private parking for our car. The house was clean and lush, and most of all it was cosy. Fully equipped and it has everything in the kitchen for the cook to prepare a 3 course meal. We loved the open plan style especially in the evening having drinks at the breakfast bar whilst cooking. We bought our groceries for the local area for breakfast and dinner but we realised we didn't entirely need to as it’s in a superb position with an excellent shopping and walking distance of popular bars, restaurants and Harrogate town center. It’s a hidden gem, quite new on the market and it will get booked up very quickly so make sure to get in. It's a lovely quiet location and we realised that it's near to Hornbeam Park train station and 15 minutes’ walk to the centre. Convenient to say the least for those not driving. Best night’s sleep ever! Comfy beds especially after such a long drive, felt like going from home to home. The host was great and responsiveness on entry and exit, we followed her instructions and it was all straightforward. Thanks Tahira!! Would highly recommned and woul definately go again!
