« I stayed here with my family for a night and overall a good experience. I’ll stay with the good and then opportunities. The hotel itself, the room and property were clean. The staff was friendly. They offer free breakfast which always appreciated. The parking conditions are great and it’s free. Much appreciated. On the flip side, the toilet got clogged as we were there. I called front desk and was told to go get a plunger since there wasn’t anyone in staff that could do anything about it. I...

« Hotel was clean, spacious, and updated. Beds were not very comfortable. Complimentary coffee, tea and water in the lobby would have been nice. Most hotels offer this. The only choice is coffee from Starbucks and many people don’t drink Starbucks. Not to mention the added cost. And I really don’t think it would hurt Starbucks at all. »

« Room could have been cleaner in a few detailed areas (stickiness on hard flooring, random shard of latex on bedroom lamp). There was a non-working phone by the bed when trying to contact staff to ask for replacement for broken hair dryer, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. But the suite layout and furnishings were nice and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. « The girl at the desk was very nice and thorough. The facility itself was not in great shape and that was disappointing. Breakfast was limited. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible and we felt like the room was not in great condition. The area around the hotel was decent and we felt safe. »

« We were originally booked at another hotel, that had overbooked their rooms and left us stranded at 11 at night. Expedia was able to help us by rebooking us here at this hotel, and I’m glad they did. The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely nice and took us in as a late check in. The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, with easy access to the freeway and several restaurants in the area. We’ll definitely book there again during return visits to Atlanta »

« Un séjour vraiment agréable ! L’hôtel coche toutes les cases : personnel aux petits soins, emplacement parfait, et une atmosphère chaleureuse qui donne envie de revenir. Seul petit nuage dans ce ciel bleu : le parking, annoncé gratuit, s’est finalement révélé payant (40$ pour 7 jours). Rien de dramatique, mais un petit détail qui mériterait d’être clarifié à la réservation. Mis à part ça, c’était top ! »
