Loved the lobby bar. If you like bourbon, you’ll love this place. Bartenders were awesome. Did not like the decking around the pool. It is very slippery and dangerous.

Everyone was very accommodating and welcomed my 2 dogs. Great location if you need to be near the hospital. Generous sized rooms and pleasing common areas. Will definitely stay there again when I am back in the area. Valet parking attendants very friendly. People at the Front desk are lovely.

What I didn't like about the self-service and the property is beat the fact that I had to go downstairs and a couple of times of the heat up my food in the microwave my frigerator my room 1009 was warm it was not cold enough for me I think I should deserve a half of my refund back because I was not pleasure of they won't even use my points that I deserve and that I have as a part of my package I wasnot happy staying at the Hilton on the North 2nd Street I would like to have half of my refund back at least 150 I was charged for a place that I was not satisfied at

The phone in the room did not work. It was 76 degrees in the room no matter what we set the temperature to. The iron did not work. Hilton isn’t what it used to be.

There was no microwave in the room. The room was way too hot and we couldn't use the thermostat. The front desk staff were nice, but one waitress in the restaurant was very rude!

The unique thing about this hotel is the location, right in the middle of downtown Harrisburg PA and surrounded by night life and restaurants.

Front desk was hard to find. Cleanliness- random cups outside of our door when we first got to the room, which made it feel as though the room wasn’t clean.

Bad bathroom door
There was difficulty in shutting the bathroom door, I got stuck in the bathroom when the door would not open , had to wait 1/2 hr for my husband to return to help me , I had no phone with me so I couldn’t call the office, The phone in the room didn’t work so my husband had to go down to the front desk to get help. A repair man came w/in 10 minutes he was able to repair the door . I was just lucky my husband wasn’t gone for long !!
