ATTENTION!
✔ Your Space: You will have private access to the entire main floor, upstairs floor, front yard and front yard patio seating with grills, which are all private for you and your guests. You will have shared access to the garage-game room with the homeowner, Jake. See why below.

✔ Lower-Unit: Jake, has turned the basement of this property into a secure and separate lower-unit, and you will not have access to that space or the backyard patio during your stay. Jake lives in the lower-unit full time and will quietly come and go through the basement door in the garage. He is very friendly and it is possible you might run into him while using the garage game room as he’s coming or going. Jake also may access his desk area in the corner of the garage from time to time.

✔ Temporary Lower-Unit Tenant: A temporary mid-term tenant is currently renting the lower-unit from Jake and living with him through July 8th, 2024. He has his own private parking space. He accesses the lower-unit’s private entrance through the backside patio of the home, so he does not have any access to the garage like Jake does.

If you desire to have a fire outside, you can find a lighter in one of the three drawers on the kitchen island, and you can find firewood and starter paper in a cart in the garage. If you would like a fire started for you, please call or text Jake, the owner, at his number (507) 269-9959 and let him know what time you want it started and he will have it arranged.

Please note:
- You may help yourself to additional firewood in the garage for as long as you please.
- If it's windy, raining or snowing, a fire will not be provided for you.

Guest access
The front door has an electronic lock, so all people need to do to get checked into the home is the 4 digit code to that lock. That code will be given to you with the check-in instructions prior to your arrival.

Other things to note
✔ All doors leading to the basement are labeled with a DON’T ENTER “No Guest Access” signs on them. One is in the garage, one in the kitchen, and one is through the basement patio.

✔ Lost and found items are a $15 service charge + shipping costs to return any forgotten items if you want them returned.
