A cozy villa facing the ocean, located in a fishing village, Punta Mujeres, on the northwest coast of the island of Lanzarote. Surrounded by volcanic rock and ocean, this property, characterized by its wonderful location facing the sea, has all the ideal features for a holiday away from the tourist areas, in a unique and exclusive landscape, where tranquility and nature are present day and night.

With a heated pool all year round, an equipped terrace and a barbecue area, at ROCAMAR you will find your ideal home to enjoy what you deserve most: a good rest by the sea.



It has a private entrance with steps, a garden terrace area around the entire house.

The house has 3 floors connected to each other by stairs.



On the first floor, there is a dining-living room with a fully renovated and well-equipped open-plan kitchen with: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water heater for tea, enough kitchenware to ensure you have everything you need.

We will welcome you with a welcome pack that will contain the basics to make your arrival easy: water, juice, soft drinks, biscuits, chips, olives, salt, pepper, coffee, tea and sugar, bathroom and washing essentials.

On this same floor, you have a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. From the living room you will see the sea and you have access to the terrace where you have outdoor furniture to enjoy your meals looking at the sea. You also have a mobile barbecue and access to the pool and direct access to the promenade and/or sea.



On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a balcony that connects both bedrooms. An exquisite corner for moments of reading and relaxation with incredible views of the ocean. On this floor you have the second full bathroom.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom for young people or children, with a play area. Excellent place for the little ones in the family to enjoy and play safely. You will also find a beach cooler and parasol, as well as some items for the little ones in the family.



The entire house is exterior, which means that natural light completely envelops any of the rooms.

We provide you with shower towels, beach towels and bed linen appropriate for the season.



Near the house you will find a bar-cafeteria, supermarket, natural pools and a wonderful walk along the sea, strolling through the town of Punta Mujeres and to the town of Arrieta, where you can enjoy a volcanic sand beach. In this northern area, you have access to places to visit such as Jameos del Agua, La Cueva de Los Verdes, El Mirador del Río, El Jardín del Cactus, the Volcán de la Corona, Caletón Blanco or take the ferry to the island of La Graciosa.
