« Long beach airport next door and shuttle was quick. M club attendees were great. Main issue I had is requested a late checkout for 1 pm. Left my bags at front desk in case didnt return from program by 1 and left. I returned before Noon and was told I was checked out. I just wanted to go to room and change. Instead used bathroom. Didnt appreciate that level of care. »

« Location was good. Service was good. Only issue I had was elevators were very outdated and ran rough. Got stuck for a moment. Time for owner to invest in those. Other than that everything was great! »

« It was very centrally located, on the corner of 2 major streets. It was unique due to it being in the shape of a cylinder. The room was simple and clean Very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. We door dashed and the food was delivered directly to our room. It was a very comfortable stay I would stay there again. »
