« Clean! Comfortable! Sun on both decks! Beach very clean, and beach chairs etc as stated. Convenient if you don't have your own or don't want to bring your own. Very short walk to the beach, SUCH a plus as this is the first thing I'm looking for when I am getting a place on the beach. I will address the stairs..as someone who doesn't do them well, they were built to easily climb, meaning the step up isn't too high, so that was a great plus.
