Excellent stay
Holiday Inn Express was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Harbin! The staff members were extremely helpful making little touches that showed they noticed what we liked from putting a fork at our tables and making the eggs our way for breakfast, to making sure we had enough water for our trip to the hot springs! As it was Christmas, they even gave our children several small gifts! The showers were wonderful and beds comfortable. We would stay again!

Incorrect map location
The location was not so good. In fact, I booked the room based on the good location on the map but it was not correct. It wasn't even close to what it shows on the map. Very frustrating.

Great for family
The facilities (breakfast, laundry, 2-bedroom) was perfect for our family of 4. The breakfast was decent and certainly convenient. Very value-for-money.

中々清潔で快適だった。ネックはロケーション。近くに哈爾浜駅、博物館方面など市中心（観光名所）へ向かうバス停がない。中山路に出る場合は800ｍほど離れた（陸橋を超えなければならない）バス停、文明街に出る場合は500ｍ離れた坂道のバス停で乗車するしか手段は無い。 地下鉄の開通が望まれる。

It's pretty far away from Zhongyang Dajie compared to the other two Holiday Inn properties in town. My VPN played with my map or else I wouldn't have booked this location. The staff was friendly. The best was okay. The shower in the bathroom was its major fault. A flood of water poured forth from beneath the shower door every time we showered. A housekeeper informed us that all of their showers are like that.

Holiday Inn expresss Harbin
Good trip. Solid hotel. We got a smoking room by mistake and after the first night they were able to switch us no problem. Area is nice. About 20 minutes from all the main attractions.

Good hotel not good location for foreigners
It's in a residential area and a bit dirty area about 15min by taxis to Central avenue. Inside the hotel is clean and new. Breakfast was average low quality
