Hotel situé à proximité du centre ville, qui offre de véritables appartements très confortables au prix d'une chambre d’hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner.

Chambres spacieuses, proches du centre.
Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hotel avec nos deux enfants. Très spacieux, 2 belles chambres, un séjour avec wifi rapide, et un coin cuisine avec machine à laver le linge qui nous a bien dépanné. Propre, avec housekeeping quotidien. Le seul bémol est la piscine et le restaurant du petit déjeuner qui nécessiterai un petit coup de rafraichissement. Sinon, je recommande cet hotel au vue de l'espace, de la qualité des chambres, et de la localisation proche du lac.

Nice big rooms. They offer 'deluxe' rooms and 'executive' rooms, the latter being nicer. When they are overbooked, they 'upgrade' you from a 1-bedroom executive to a 2-bedroom deluxe, which is really a downgrade - so insist to get a 2-bedroom executive if you have booked an executive room and they don't have 1-bedroom apartments anymore.

Bonne situation dans Hanoi. L appartement très bien équipé. Le personnel est très accueillant. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Service bagagerie. Avec le site hôtels.com, on peut sélectionner le nombre d adultes et d enfants, nous étions 5 et un lit d appoint a été ajouté sans frais supplémentaire. Je recommande cet appartement avec les services hôteliers à tous ceux qui souhaitent avoir un confort dans Hanoi.

The guest rooms are very spacious and great if you have multiple travelers requiring more than 1 guest room. It is quite worn out with time, but is still in a good condition for a couple nights stay. It is around 3-5 minutes walk if you need some local food and coffee. Otherwise you are just at the edge of the Old Quarter, and within a 10 minute walk to St Joseph Cathedral. Ride hail is easily available and can bring you to the Old Quarter within 5 minutes and West Lake within 10-15 minutes ride away. I would say this service apartment is conveniently located but away from the craziness of the Old Quarter.

4인 가족 기준 적당한 숙소입니다 방 2개, 화장실 2개라서 편하고 거실, 식탁, 주방도 좋아요 다만 카페트가 깔려있다보니 먼지가 많이 올라오는 건 어쩔 수 없어요 건물이 좀 오래 돼서 창문 사이로 도로 소음이 조금 들어옵니다 조식에 김치, 김초밥, 잡채 등 한식 혹은 한식에 가까운 메뉴가 있어서 부모님이 한식파라면 만족하실 것 같아요 조식 메뉴도 전체적으로 맛있고 이용시간이 길어서 늦잠 자도 먹을 수 있어요 주방 이용해서 조리해 먹을 수도 있어 편합니다 조리도구 등 전부 있어서 아무것도 안 가져 가도 돼요 (집게는 없음) 아기 데리고 부모님이랑 같이 여행하기도 좋을 듯 합니다 주요 관광지 걸어서 7~15분이면 가고 동네 자체는 조용해요 1층 슈퍼는 조금 비싼 감이 있지만 웬만한 물건 다 있어서 편합니다 전체적으로 너무 만족했습니다!

The location is great and the staff are great but the property itself is old and pretty rundown. This place had decent reviews so we booked 3 nights after the new year but ended up checking out after the first night. My family and I reserved a Premier 2 Bedroom, which is supposed to be their top tier room. When we checked in, they initially gave us this disgusting 2 bedroom that smelled badly and had nasty stained carpets throughout. I'm pretty sure they gave this to us bc we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). I went downstairs and told them that wasn't the type of room that we reserved and they quickly moved us down the hall to another room. This one was a little better but it still just had a real uneasy feeling. Everything just felt a little off.. like they did some cheap renovations and threw in a few random pieces of furniture. It was not warm and inviting at all like you see in their pictures! The hallways smelled, the kitchen was really old (not a huge deal), the couch was dirty, the beds were hard, warm water was regulated (only one person could shower). It was just bad and nothing I've ever experienced before. This place is wayyy overpriced for what it has to offer. We requested to check out early after the first night and they were only willing to refund us one night. We took that and got out of there as quickly as possible.

We had a good stay at the hotel, would i say apartment . We are able to cook and hence not missing home food. Only downside not much of choices for halal food but fortunately able to find halal burger at the hotel supermarket. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Easy process in checking in and out . Able to explore local cultures and experience the local lifestyle there even for a short period . Recommend this place to stay. Thanks
