We want to express our sincerest appreciation to you for having chosen our hotel Hanoi for your stay recently.
It’s a pleasure for us when having you as our guests.
Secondly, we also would like to apologize for all the inconvenience that you have had during the time stay at our hotel due to the room’s cleaning. We really apologies for the problem because our room cleanliness and have not checked carefully at your check-in time.
After receiving your information, I did meet the housekeeping and spa team to work out with their problems. That is a big lesson for them. They asked me to send an apology to you. I hope that you can accept our saying sorry even it is late. We promise you those same situations will never happen with other guests anymore. I hope our sincere would touch your heart. In the near future, we would love to show our effort if you have the chance to come back here with us.
After all, thank you for your kindness and big support. I wish you good health, success, and happiness.
