Personnel très attentif au moindre demande,chambre luxueuse et très bien localisé dans le centre de Hanoi les photos sont représentative.Le buffet du matin délicieux et varier et le restaurant a la carte très bon et pas dispendieux.je vous le recommande vous ne serez pas déçu!

très bon hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné. Bien situé dans le vieil Hanoi Le petit déjeuner est excellant. Le seul point négatif : un seul ascenseur pour desservir 12 étage, ça provoque de l'attente.

Excellent hôtel
L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le vieux quartier et à côté du lac Hoan Kiém. Toute l’équipe de l’hôtel à été formidable. Nous avions une chambre aux 10éme étage complètement au calme et une très belle vue. Excellente literie. Ça fait du bien dans ville aussi palpitante. Tout à été parfait.

Nous avons ADORE cet hôtel dont le personnel est au petits soins dès l'ouverture de la porte !!! Les chambres sont très belles, spacieuses, ultra propres, bien équipées ... Chambre ultra décorée pour l'anniversaire de mon mari avec petite boite de chocolats offerts ...Des amis rencontrés à Ha Long nous ont dit qu'ils avaient pris très bien mangé dans cet hôtel ... heureusement, car nous avons ensuite testé le restaurant et pris TOUS nos repas sur place !!! Massages à prix très intéressant grace aux 'Happy Hours'. Le personnel était à notre écoute et même plus, bourré d'attentions à l'égard de chacun d'entre nous ... Bref, si nous avons hâte d'y revenir avec nos filles !!!

Hotel parfait en tout point
Cet hotel est vraiment parfait. Son personnel charmant et toujours à l'écoute prend soin de vous à tout moment de la journée. Tous les employés sont vraiment géniaux. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Hanoi. Le buffet du ptit dej est excellent. L'hôtel propose des excursions (privée ou en groupe). Le lit est tellement confortable que l'on voudrait y rester tout le séjour. Très bon SPA également. Sans aucun doute le meilleur hotel où j'ai séjourné.

Hotel de grande qualité, dont le principal atout est son personnel, au petits soins et très professionnel. Les chambres sont impeccables, confortables, la literie est parfaite. Un seul bémol : l'isolation phonique, mais ca doit être le cas de tous les hotels de Hanoi, et ca nous a pas empêché de bien dormir

excellent accueil, hotel très bien situé
réception très agréable avec description habituelle des lieux mais aussi directement toutes les possibilités de découvertes aux alentours de l'hôtel et dans la ville. chambre agréable, très propre, et bien isolée procurant une nuit tranquille et reposante. le restaurant du 12ème étage permet une belle vue sur le centre ville. la nourriture est de bonne qualité. le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Nous avons été pris en charge pour des billets à retenir, des taxis à commander, mais aussi un visa à obtenir pour un séjour plus long de l'un d'entre nous, pour ce dernier, une chambre a été trouvée pour prolonger de quelques nuits alors que l'hôtel était complet. excellent petit déjeuner.

Hotel is very well placed in the old town, where everything can be discovered by foot. Buzzing area, yet hotel is completely calm. Best restaurants are around the corner and it's a 2 minute walking distance to the lake. Staff is extremely friendly and goes a long way to make you happy - well done!

Unfortunately only stayed here for 1 night and wished I'd booked the rest of our stay here. The staff make the stay here enjoyable. They are friendly, welcoming and professional. The beds are super comfy and the restaurant serves incredible food.

This place is located in a great area with easy access to food and shops. The lake is a minute walk with lots to do around the area. The hotel itself is old but well kept. The rooms were nice, clean and included some toiletry essentials. The mini bar items were all quite cheap - approx $1usd so we had plenty of drinks/snacks. The rooftop bar was really nice- drinks were good and the food was tasty too. We had a group of 7 and were all pleased with what we ordered - from American to local dishes. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are all so nice and friendly - from the front desk to the dining and wait staff - they definitely helped make the stay more enjoyable. Tip: Using them to book the taxi made it easy for us - approx $25usd from the airport. Someone was waiting for us with a sign when we got out of customs. Made it nice not having to worry about transportation when we first arrived.

This hotel was our favorite in Hanoi! We stayed at other hotels for the same price, and weren't nearly as good as this one. The room was clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, market and Hoan Kien Lake. The breakfast had SO many delicious options, including vegetarian choices. In addition, the staff was helpful, cordial, kind and professional! We highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing staff & Lovely Skybar!
We had a wonderful stay! The staff are extremely accommodating and we received a super friendly welcome with helpful tips of the area. The staff truly made our stay - Jimmy is great! We got a free upgrade for Valentine's day which was a dleight - the room was lovely with a balcony and view of the local area. Good amenities and fruit provided in the room. We visited the skybar and enjoyed the happy hour. We would certainly recommend staying here as it is also conveniently located in the old quarter.

Very friendly and helpful
It was excellent, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Miss Lily arranged the booking of our motorbike quick and efficient. And Thom on arrival was a great help too. The room was very clean and spacious. A huge variety of food for breakfast and delicious. Thank you all.

Overall stay was 10/10. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They noticed it was my partner's birthday so they made it extra special for us by setting up the bed with a happy birthday decoration and they gave us cake.
