Le personnel de l'hotel est gentil, l'etat des chambres commence a vieillir, l'eau coule tres lente dans la douche. Coffret de securite ne fonctionne pas, le petit dejeuner est dans un autre hotel a 3 minutes de marche. Dans l'ensemble c'est un hotel de 3 etoiles et non 4.

Chambre propre et calme, très proche de nombreux restaurants, à pied du lac central à seulement 7 minutes à pied. Je reviendrai la prochaine fois.

Le personnel était très arrangeant et fait un effort supplémentaire pour pouvoir nous aider et répondre à nos besoins. La chambre était régulièrement nettoyée et les serviettes étaient remplacées tous les jours. L'emplacement était dans le vieux quartier, il est donc facile de se déplacer et de trouver tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin.

Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Le lit est super confortable. L’eau est assez chaude et la pression de l’eau est parfaite. Très bon emplacement. Les rues peuvent être moins encombrées en semaine, mais pas calmes, toujours sûres pour marcher après la tombée de la nuit. Les week-ends sont animés mais nous n’entendons pas le bruit dans la chambre. La chambre (sans fenêtre) est spacieuse pour 2 personnes. Le wifi est bon. Je réserverai certainement ici à nouveau lorsque nous visiterons Hanoi :).

Super endroit. Le personnel était incroyable. Chambre confortable. J'étais sur le devant du bâtiment, ce qui s'est avéré un peu bruyant avec les événements du week-end au bord du lac, mais j'ai quand même dormi à merveille dans le lit confortable.

Nice cozy hotel
What great experience! The place is very clean, well taken care of and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the breakfast area are much cozie. Breakfast was fantastic: both variety of items and the quality. Delicious! Max and Suzi made our stay even more comfortable. They were very helpful with sightseeing recommendations and directions. Thank you so much! I really enjoyed our stay :)

Friendly helpful staff and top location
Very helpful and friendly staff, they can help you organizing tours, booking tickets and so on but they can also just give a lot of information without making pressure to use their services. The breakfast was Ok, the room clean. Internet connection was also good. The position is very very good, close to many sightseeings, to the bus station, to the railway station but still in a fairly quiet area. Absolutely good value for money, I would definitely stato there again.

Lovely second stay at this Hotel
This is second stay at this Hotel, it was even lovely than last stay , great smile staff , good breakfast, strong wifi for free and all working distance.

The staff were really nice. They gave helpful information about tours inside and outside Hanoi and cheap bus tickets to Sapa.

Excellent hotel in Hanoi

There are so many small hotels in old town Hanoi it's almost impossible to choose! I loved the Hanoi Lotus! I had a 7th floor balcony room which was wonderful. I know there are some interior rooms so make sure you choose what you want! The staff was helpful, friendly and always at reception. They booked airport transfers and a two day one night Halong Bay cruise which was great. The Lotus is in the middle of the old quarter which is where you want to be. It's walkable to everything that you will want to see and do and there are hundreds of little places to eat every few steps. I suggest taking a taxi to the French quarter but otherwise you can walk.

Great location, awesome staff - they made us up a breakfast to go when they found out we were checking out prior to the start of their breakfast. The staff also book us an airport transfer at the same price as Grab and then helped retrieve a forgotten bag from the same taxi! The balcony was huge, wished we had more time there!

We stayed here for several days while visiting Hanoi and loved this hotel! It was centrally located and an easy walk to all major attractions. The hotel room was comfortable and clean and the daily breakfast was delicious and had a ton of food options. The staff was the true standout - everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Good location . Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile. The taxi didn’t turn up to collect us and they undercut the Grab we got on the way back. Room was a bit shabby but bed comfortable and you could hear people in the bath room next door. The breakfast is at another restaurant and was a nice addition. Good base but not luxury.

We wanted a true, authentic, old town experience where we could walk and enjoy the area. We wanted a balcony and city watch, while requiring above average standards. The hotel exceeded our expectations and then after check out, I realized I left my jacket in the closet, and the front office manager communicated with me, and went over and above to send me my jacket to Saigon. This gesture has renewed my faith in humanity! This woman demonstrated the true spirit of hospitality, professionalism, and compassion. I am so grateful for her leadership!!

A mixup over the bed selection, a single king size was provided when two twins were requested, was the only negative of the experience. The location is fantastic with easy access to major landmarks and the desk staff were helpful and spoke English well.

The shower was hard to get the temperature right and our room window looked out into the hallway and was open so it felt a little insecure. When we closed the window they opened it again. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful but in a different hotel around the corner. Overall very good value.
