A remarkable elegant luxury experience at this beautifully decorated art deco opera themed hotel. Professional staff makes each guests comfort a priority. Dining was impeccable with wonderful quality and selections. Along with the lovely city of Hanoi, this hotel is a destination all its own!

Everything was exceptional. The staff, the amenities, the facilities, the room, EVERYTHING has been absolutely outstanding. We do travel a lot, but no other hotel has come close to the level of hospitality and attention to detail we've experienced at the Capella in Hanoi.

Absolutely stunning hotel with great amenities and activities. We've stayed at a lot of beautiful properties around the world and this is definitely one of the top hotels we've ever stayed. The staff are all so nice from the front desk to wait staff to bartenders to the spa, etc.

It was perfect
I experienced the best hotel in my life. The staff were very kind, the room and bathroom were very clean, and when I came back from going out, it was well organized. The breakfast was excellent and the afternoon tea and happy hour wine were really good. I really want to go back to Capella Hanoi!All the staff were kind, but the best was Duc. He had the best sense.
