Hôtel vétusté
Nos connaissons cet hôtel depuis 2004. Jusqu'en 2013, l'hôtel bien situé était très correct. Mais depuis forte dégradation. Vétuste, personnel pas acceuillant, petit déjeuner restreint. ..à éviter

Where is the hotel?
This hotel is somewhere I've stayed before. Usually sound & reliable. This time I booked & prepaid only to find, quite by chance, that they had effectively cancelled my booking WITHOUT FORMALLY TELLING ME so they could carry out a long term refurbishment. On the day of my supposed check-in the place was a building site. I'd had the foresight to rebook at another place so that at least I had somewhere to stay at the start of my 3 month visit to Hanoi. My task now is to get my money back from Expedia. Easier said than done even in these extremely bizarre circumstances. I await my near £400 as I write.

Отель старый и явно давно не ремонтировался. Но район очень калоритный. Есть куда пойти погулять и на что посмотреть. Театр кукол на воде, в шаговой доступности. Отель предоставляет трансфер, но лучше заказать его самим. Мы заказали на 6 утра оплату берут сразу, но его нам не заказали, обьяснив сто слишком рано. Хотя такси приехало но требовали ещё раз оплатит а потом они нам вернут первую оплату на карту. Одминистрации так рано в отели нет. Только охранник. Но со скандалом мы все-же все решили. Взяли отель только из-за места. И не пожалели. Основной контингент отеля был очень громкие китайцы, которые бегали по этажам и орали.

Want a great value hotel?
This place is very conveniently situated in the Old Quarter only five minutes walk from the fabulous Hian Kiem lake. The place was comfortable with very attentive and pleasant staff. One slight downside is that the streets nearby can be a bit busy & noisy especially at weekends but I personally had no issues with this.

昨年よりいろいろな面で良くなっていた。
昨年より、いろいろな面で改善されて、総合的に良かったと思います。 例えば、枕も臭くなく、部屋にはポットが置いてあって、いつでもコーヒーを飲むことができて大変よかったです。 バスルームもキレイで部屋の床は毎日ワックスがけをしてくれて、外出先から部屋に入るといつも心地良い香りがして気持ち良かったです。

저렴하고 위치도 좋고, 아주 많이 깔끔떨지 않는다면 충분히 만족할 만한 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 물론 조식은 벼롤예요.

Good hotel for the money!
Facilities are old but clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. In the heart of Old Quarter, so some street noise is to be expected. My only issue was with the horrible white long-life ceiling lights in the room.

시설이 조금 보수되었으면 합니다.
시설이 노후되어 전반적으로 낡아 위험한 부분이 많았습니다. 직원들은 친절하였습니다. 주변에 편의 시설이 많았으나 유흥시설도 많이 밤늦게까지 시끄러웠습니다. 젊은이 들에게는 편한 위치일수도 있겠으나 휴식을 취하고자 하는분들에겐 맞지 않을것 같습니다.

Avoid it at all cost
The pictures are extremely misleading. The hotel is said to be art deco which has to be a joke. The bed was by far the worst mattress i’ve ever slept on in my entire life. The room smelled like fresh paint and the staff said there was nothing that could be done about it. I get that this is a cheap room but there are much better options in the area for the same price.

Very run down
This hotel is very old and hasn't had much maintenance or TLC done to it over the last 15 years I am imagine. The floorboards in my room are coming up, the wallpaper on most walls was peeling off, there was thick dust on the table shelf, the toilet seat was stained around the hinges. However, the bed was comfortable and I slept well, unfortunately the water was not complimentary and you do you have to pay 10,000 dong a bottle which I thought was a bit stingey. The hotel is also situated in a busy area and even though I was on the seventh floor it was still quite noisy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel personally but if you're on a really tight budget and just need somewhere to rest your head I suppose it would do.

Great Place to Stay
A great hotel at a great price. Daily buffet breakfast was delicious and had many items to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in a single room that was large. The bed was comfortable and bathroom even had a bathtub. I'm sorry I have to leave it because I know the rest of my travels in Southeast Asia I will not have as good a hotel.

Nice staff but shocking hotel facility
Our family booked 2 rooms for 2 night stayed here.the service was excellent as staff were friendly and nice. But the rooms were old dirty stains and noisy.there were as least 10 mosquitoes flying around when we first checked in,the whower in the first room runs shocking weak. Wall decals was partly peeled off. We had trouble tried to clocked and removed the key with both rooms door. One of our balcony door didn't even shut probably we had to use chairs and furniture to secured at night. The hotel was super noisy at night as there's a bar right next door playing from 7pm-3am. People were screaming laughing and yelling.dont know what the people on the top floor of us were doing but we heard an on going banging noise very loud every night.(breakfast was terrible which probably only have around less than 10 selections and 4of it were fruits.even the hotel staff refused to eat it and ordered food from outside to eat in the hotel restaurant.Overall not recommended for family with younge child.

周りにクラブがあるせいか、深夜まで賑やかです。僕は気にならないが寝つけない人もいるみたいですね、部屋の場所により静かな部屋もありました。週末金曜日からは夕方クルマバイクは周辺入れないです、むろんタクシーも。

騒音で寝不足
玄関上の各階6号室はすべて騒音で寝れない。 エクスぺディアでは予約仕入れでは制限をホテル側に申し入れる事。 長年エクスぺディア利用してるが今回は残念。連れの部屋は騒音問題ない。

繁華街のホテル宿泊はやめた方がよいです。
宿泊した部屋が通りに面していたせいもあるのかもしれないですが、明け方近くまでライブをやっていたり、周辺のお店に出入りする観光客等の声がうるさくて、5泊した日、ほとんど寝れませんでした。環境最悪です。 また、部屋自体は広くてよかったのですが 備え付けの冷蔵庫の扉付近やベット横のランプ台も錆びていて、気持ちよいものではなかったです。加えて枕カバーが臭くてたらかったです。総じて安かろう、悪かろうと感じました。これは泊まってみないとわかりませんから、個人によって感じ方は、様々だと思います。

PERFECT LOCATION BUT THAT MEANS NOISY
Right in the heart of Old Quarter. On one of the busiest walking streets I have seen for locals eating and drinking Friday through Sunday nights. Then back to traffic. This has a downside....the hotel is next to a bar and also a club. Very noisy and I was on the 6th floor. Good news the bar and music stops at 12 midnight. The club and its music stops at 2am. So at least I knew it would stop and when. Also a live street band will play outside the hotel in the street. Noisy but not a problem late. I got Valium from a local pharmacy!!! However nice hotel staff and if you want to be in the heart of things then its the perfect value for money place.

It was a shocking hotel. Old and broken equipments, dirty and dusty room and furniture. Old and torn towels, breakfast will run out if you're not early enough.

bad service by rude staff who kind of like shouted at us when we do not agree to let them keep our passport. the staff explained (raising her voice further) to say that she need our passport detail, if not police will come, so we have to let her keep it. never ever we experienced this travelling overseas, so we refused to as our passport must always be with us, we cannot let any stranger to hold it, it just doesnt make sense. after some arguement, she again throw temper (raising voice further): ok, you sit here wait 10min i will do it now...then we saw her inputing our personal info into a local website (all in vietnamese) and we guess is kind of registering us into their local gov system or something. the whole online process take only less than 5min, why need to keep our passports? totally doesnt make sense... about the room condition, it is substandard again in terms of cleanliness. the fridge smells fishy and there is no way we could keep our food inside given such condition. aside, the room is noisy at night.

何の説明も無く、他人の部屋の鍵を渡され、謝りもなかった。全く信頼性の無いスタッフの対応だった。部屋の設備も故障や壊れているが、修理がなされていない。 ホテルの位置は、繁華街の真ん中で便利は良いが、朝食のとき、近くでタバコをすう中国人を注意することもなかった。

I am a frequent visitor to Hanoi. Ignore all existing evaluations. It is an incredibly bizarre hotel. 1. Very loud. Rock music concerts open in front of the hotel every night rather than beer street Singer sings for four hours 2. Hotel is dirty Hanoi hotel is not old The inside of the refrigerator is black. 3. All employees are not English at all. Speaking and listening, listening and speaking level. I have never heard it properly, and I've made it so strange. 4. Safety deposit box does not work. 5. Service opening The safe was broken and I talked to the manager and he told me to fix it. I was impressed by the fact that I had to fix it even if I did not say it in the latter period. 6. All employees are 18 years old. No words of greetings. Someone said in the evaluation that when the staff went past the food, they tried to eat it for free. 7. Impermanence I went to the hotel the next day after check-in. I was told that the 18-year-old woman is out on the day of check-out, but I have been out for a few hours. I am not checking out today. I'm sorry. I showed my reservation schedule that I printed, so I kept silent without apology. It is mistaken for another person. I explained for 5 minutes because of the female employee. 8. No free bottled water Hanoi Hotel is a low-cost hotel that does not even offer 50 won for bottled water. 9. Breakfast is guest house level.

値段からすれば良過ぎる
朝食も満足だ　便利がいいし旧い街並みの中のど真ん中で、夜遅くまででも出ていけるし、賑やかすぎるくらいの街の雰囲気を楽しむには、もってこいホテルだ

Good hotel located around food and activities.
Great stay there. Room was clean and comfortable. Expected there to be noise from the street from the activities. Hotel is nicely located around many activities and food within walking distance.

구시가지 중심에 있어 편의
구시가지 중심에 있어 이동에 용이합니다. 호텔직원들이 아주 친절합니다. 저두 호텔 후기를 보고 갔지만 청결도가 썩 좋지는 않습니다만 가격대비 조식도 훌륭하고 만족스러웠습니다.

위치가 좋다.

구시가 핵심에 있는 가성비 높은 호텔. 시설은 쫌
가격대비 여러면서 좋은 호텔. 구시가를 여행하기에 중심지에 있어 편리하지만 번잡하다. 또한 오래된 호텔이라 시설 등은 너무 기대하면 안될 듯. 종업원은 매우 친절함

그냥 가격 대비 나쁘진 않습니다.
위치는 매우 좋습니다 구시가지 한복판, 맥주거리 바로 앞에 있습니다. 쇼핑하기도 쉽구요. 커피거리나 실크거리도 가까워서 쇼핑한 물건 들고 많이 돌아다닐 필요가 없는 점은 편리했습니다. 하지만 반면에 밤에는 소음을 각오하셔야 합니다.(1시정도까지 시끄럽습니다) 바로 옆건물에 큰 맥주바? 클럽 같은게 있어서 많이 시끄럽습니다. 뭐 가격이 싸니 큰 기대는 하지 않았습니다만 시설도 많이 낙후되어 있습니다. 저는 6층이라 그런지 수압도 낮아서 샤워할때도 애를 먹었네요. 조식을 주긴 하는데 메뉴도 그냥 한 끼'때운다'는 생각으로 접근하시가 바랍니다. 정말 숙박만이 목적이신 분들께 추천합니다.

친절한 직원과 가격대비 만족도가 좋은 호텔
여행자 거리에 있어서 위치적으로는 최상인것 같습니다. 호텔의 시설이 노후되어 전체적으로 깔끔한 느낌은 아니지만 룸의 크기가 커서 저가 호텔의 답답함은 없었습니다. 에어컨 냉장고 온수기 금고등 시설도 잘 작동합니다. 조식은 부페식인데 나쁘진 않아요. 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 번화가라 밤에 돌아다니기도 좋고 주말이면 거리에 발디딜 틈없이 사람이 많아 흥겹습니다. 주변에 편의시설 및 여행사도 많아서 이것저것 알아보기도 편해요. 단 밤에 시끄럽다는 것과 시설이 좀 지저분하다는 것만 참을 수 있으면 가격대비 좋은 호텔인 것 같습니다.

旧市街のナイトマーケットの通りのすぐ近くにあります。隣はクラブとレストランのような建物です。周囲にビアホイ等も多いため非常に人通りが多く、音もそれなりにあります（ただし２５時にはお店が閉まるため静かになります）。食事、マッサージ、買い物に困りません。またそのような環境なので、遅い時間でも安心して戻ってこられます。お部屋は価格相応ですが、広さはそれなりにあります。エアコンは吹き出し口が壊れており、水が終始垂れてきました。タオル、アメニティは一通りありました。エレベーターはありますが、中２階からなので荷物は男性スタッフに頼んで上げ下ろしをお願いしました。朝早い便で移動のため、タクシーをお願いしたところ通常よりも少し安い金額で手配してくれました。また朝食も時間外ですが用意してくれました。メジャーな観光スポットは徒歩で回れます。小さなコンビニも斜め前にあります。スタッフの対応もとても良いと思います。
