L’hôtel est très bien placé d’accès facile le personnel est charmant. Les chambres correctes, assez spacieuses mais la salle de bain demanderai à être rénovée. Le petit déjeuner pour les occidentaux n’est pas très varié.

emplacement ideal , trés bon accueil , formalité rapide , excellente chambre ( 1 suite avec vue sur le lac hoan kiem ) , 1 salle de petit dejeuner au 10 eme etage avec vue lac , le tout avec 1 deco actuel ( pas du tout kitch ) . un hotel dont je pourrais revenir avec plaisir

They did not honor my room reservation. They instead put me up in adjacent hotel that had lower rates on Expedia. They rejected a refund request for the difference in Rate that I initiated with Expedia. Just not fair.

Spent a wonderful Christmas weekend at the Authentic Hanoi from Saturday 24th to Monday 26th December 2022. This is actually my 3rd time at the hotel. I was here the first time 9 years ago and subsequently I housed my parents at the hotel when they came over to visit my in-laws. For this trip I splashed on the lake view suite, and I was not disappointed. My wife loves the double wash basins and the bathtub. The hot water is sufficient and comfortable. First impressions were good. The room is large clean and well equipped. The hotel service personnel deliver excellent service throughout! The Breakfast service serves adequate western and local fare at their rooftop restaurant. My wife is very pleased with the Pho Ga. The restaurant offers a great view around the Old Quarter and Ho Hoan Kiem area. My son also loves the lake view suite and hopes to return again to the same room. I highly recommend booking the lakeside suite for a spectacular view of the city. I will definitely book Authentic Hanoi hotel again when I return to Hanoi! The shower compartment's tap head should be changed to one with a better grip as when our hands are soapy, its very hard to grab the tap head. Also it appears the soap dish no longer installed and we had to place the shower gel bottles on the floor.

The most pleasant and comfortable hotel
The authentic Hanoi hotel is very nice and it is just in the scene viewing area which has been very convenient for taking a tour around this place.and the servants here has neen very kind of me.i used to ask sewing kit and something else to be delivered and they responded very quickly and kindly.and sure the hotel is clean and allappliances iused are functioning.it has massage and gym center also.the breakfastisalso good.i will come to here next time i visit the city with no doubt.it is worth to be here which is my best recommendation for you when you were here. And the best receptionist i should ask , they are taking their responsibility so seriously.so you could turn to them when you were this place.

Modern hotel in the heart of the old quarter A very comfortable, clean hotel with excellent, helpful service right bang in the old quarter with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Just two minutes from the lake and the Water Puppet Theatre, it is ideally situated for exploring Hanoi. Staff helpfully booked me a table in a local restaurant and a taxi to take me there and were very responsive to my needs. Highly recommended.

Authentic Hotel hava a good location, nearby Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc son Temple. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. They helped arrange transportation, purchase SIM card, recommend places to eat. Overall, we love the service provided by the staff. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and colleagues.

Fantastic stay with great location view
The stay was pleasant and the staff were absolutely gorgeous - very friendly and helpful. The only beside was the fact that renovations were happening next door which the noise filtered through. Nothing they could do about it.

The hotel location is near to Hoamkiem Lake in a few mini by foot and convenient for access to every tour spots and shopping areas. I stayed at a room in 6th Fl and got a good sleep without borthering from bustling and noisy streets. Front receptionists are very friendly and fluent in English and comply with my request always with smile. The breakfast in buffet are decent worthy for the price. If I list up some claims, the room had no bath tub and with only shower, no laundry room that was completely different from my reservation and picture in the web site. The manage recognize it and express apology. So I could totally accept it and enjoyed my stay.

Non Trust-able Hotel
The room i booked and the room given was totally different, i booked a room with window but the room given me was no window and AC was bad. I was literally sweating next day morning and asked them to cancel my booking, then they agree to change my room. Beware of the Front Desk Guy who manages the hotel in the night time. I asked for room service food at around 11 PM and he didn't mention he has to order outside and given me a offer that only pizza is available and he charged me V.Dong 450,000 for medium size pizza. Next day when i informed this to the receptionist she surprise and call the manager to sort out it, i got back V.Dong 150,000 after few arguments. Not trust-able place , i will not book this hotel in the future

Dear Mr. Kumar , Thank you so much for your stay in our hotel and sharing your experiences via Hotel.com. It is very unhappy to read your reviews about our hotel and you had an uncomfortable stay in here. But I also want to explain your review as below : 1/ Room : you booked Superior room in our property from 23rd June - 29th June 2019 , room with small window. But you said room without Window, that is not true. On the morning next day, you had a complaint to reception desk and we changed another room and free upgrade to Deluxe city view for 4 nights. 2/ Air- conditioning in our hotel is working very well because we use general air-con for whole building, if your room has no AC, it means all rooms will have not cool air. this one is not correct as well. 3/ Room Service : Room service will close at 10:00 pm and last order is 9:30 pm. We informed you already and you still want to order, our colleagues said if you ordered food at night, price is higher and you must to pay extra fee for shipping. Then finally, you ordered Pizza at night and I am wondering which Pizza restaurant opened midnight to serve, so we must order to serve you. When you finished your meal, on the next day you complaint about the Pizza. it is not acceptable for us to assist you at night. Anyway, thank you so much for your stay ad I do hope to meet you soon. Good location.
We stayed in a few hotels in Hanoi and honestly thought there was better value to be found elsewhere. We were only at the Authentic one night - location excellent, rooms and breakfast very so so. There was also a very expensive cigar bar upstairs. A bit out of character wit( the rest of the hotel.

便利で快適です。
清掃も行き届いており、朝食も毎日少しずつ変わるなど満足な滞在でした。徒歩圏内にマーケットやホアンキエム湖があり観光にも便利です。

コスパ◎です。家族も安心して泊まれます。
徒歩圏内にお店も多いし、大抵のバスツアーのピックアップ対象ホテルになっています。フロントの対応も、途中ナイフまで貸してくださるなどとても融通が利きます。また利用したいホテルです。
