Bad attitude from the receptionists
The receptionists are all very bad in English. Even though I speak to them in Chinese they also did not make effort to understand client's question. I think its their attitude. They only know how to reply, "sorry your booking is suppose to be like that". Went to stay there twice, both times the took more than 20mins to check in. Faintz.
