Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, deck, and garden area during their stay. You’ll have plenty of parking space on-site and easy access to all local attractions. Check-in is simple and self-contained, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace.



The Neighborhood:

Hamurana is one of Rotorua’s most peaceful lakeside communities, known for its lush farmland, native birdlife, and natural beauty. Take a short walk to Lake Rotorua to enjoy the Hamurana Lake Walkway, or visit the Hamurana Springs Nature Reserve just down the road — famous for its crystal-clear waters and towering redwoods.
