Un endroit merveilleux pour se reposer et profiter d'une plage privée. Le all inclusive est un véritable plus avec un large choix. Le personnel est au petit soin. Nous reviendrons c'est sur :-)

Excellent hôtel!!!
Un hôtel à recommander! Un vrai all inclusive! Le personnel est très professionnel, des chambres jolies et confortables. Nous avons passer des moments très agréables, pas de temps pour s'ennuyer - hammam, spa, deux piscines, plage privée, animations, 3 restaurants. Des buffets excellents! On va y retourner! Un grand merci à tout l'équipe de l'hôtel Les Orangers!

L'hôtel et le service est parfait.
Proche de la plage, plusieurs restaurants et bar, personnels aux petits soins, qualités irréprochables et de nombreux services. Entrée contrôlée, nombreux conseils et possibilités de visites. Le rapport qualité prix et très bon. Entièrement satisfait des prestations, je recommanderai.

Hotel tres agreable et idealement situe. Un personnel sympathique et une equipe d animation au top, dynamique mais pas stereotype. All inclusive de qualite, des buffets divers mais meme s il y a beaucoup de monde on ne se sent pas a l usine On y retournerait volontiers. Super sejour

très très bon hôtel
Très bel hôtel dans lequel nous revenions un an après et la qualité n'a pas bougé ! Accueil super ! Qualité de la restauration très bonne (Jus d'orange préssé à volonté tous les matins !!!!) Et mini-club très sympa pour mes filles de 5 et 3 ans !

Très bon souvenir
Bon souvenir, très jolie plage, mer turquoise. Très bon service, beaux jardins, hotel à taille humaine, ce n'est pas une usine. Nourriture très moyenne, surtout le petit déjeuner carrément mauvais. Dommage aussi de faire la queue aux buffets, manque de personnel pour servir aux buffets. Sinon bon souvenir, nos pensons y retourner mais il faut vraiment faire un effort sur la nourriture. Spectacles correctes, équipe d'animation fait son possible, tous très sympathiques.Très bien pour les golfeurs, navette gratuite.

Très bon établissement
Hotel très sympatique, calme( àpart certains clients...ce quin'a rien à voir avec l'hotel proprement dit) très bien entretenu. Personnel très très aimable, toujours disponible, souriant, professionnel, du personnel de ménage , des serveurs jusqu'à à la direction. Rien à dire. Etablissement propre, nourriture variée. Recommandable sans réserves.

hôtel correct mais restauration décevante
Il est dommage que la restauration ne soit pas à la hauteur d'un tel hôtel. Si la qualité des produits est globalement convenable la variété et surtout la préparation est décevante (ou pas assez cuits ou trop cuits).Même le couscous est médiocre, c'est dire!

Nous n'avons pas été convaincus par la forme All Inclusive ; le buffet n'était pas au top. Heureusement que l'on pouvait aller dans les 3 restaurants spécifiques où la nourriture était nettement supérieure (ce qui fait que nous y sommes allés quasiment chaque soir, sauf deux fois où nous avons dîné en ville). Le cadre de l'hôtel est superbe et bien entretenu mais certaines chambres (sans vraie fenêtre) sont à prescrire (ne pas hésiter à demander un changement).

Dingy
Dated, with an 80s feel. Food was mediocre, and presented poorly. You're not getting your money's worth at this hotel. For what they are charging, you'd expect modern amenities, good variety of food, and updated rooms (it's dingy, old furniture and linens) in a 5 star setting. It's not the case here. Beach was excellent, though. In short, there are better options in this price range.

Great Location with very attentive staff
As this was my first trip to this part of the world I was not sure what to expect, when I arrived I was very impressed by the modern and progressive surroundings. This continued upon my arrival at the Hotel where I was welcomed at the entrance by the front desk staff in a warm and friendly manner. This continued throughout my two week stay. I am one who enjoys learning new languages so everyday members of the staff would teach me a new Arabic word which made my stay all the more enjoyable and friendly. I will return to this Hotel just as soon as possible, when the climate is better, February was a little on the cool side, but for one who grew up in Nova Scotia on the Atlantic survivable. There many things I want to explore in this country and look forward to returning.

Very very exaggerated cost for average service
I heard a lot about this place .And always it was showing full+very expensive compared to the other hotels in the area. But i was patient.Until the dream come true and i found my opportunity. At the beginning i wanted to book 5 full nights,but later on i booked 1 night only as trial and i booked the other 4 night in other 4 stars hotel nearby. Honestly the cost of that night stay was exactly equal to the other 4 nights together.I was still happy because of the picture that i had in my mind about that hidden paradise.Till the moment of truth come. On arrival i was surprised with what i found. I visited a lot of hotels in hammamet and everything looks similar with no exceptions:The facilities,the food,the bar and quality of drinks,the buildings were old and same typical style of the region... Other things were worse,the furniture inside the room was broken and the TV programs were very few and limited Again to be honest with my review i will mention what i found extra in that price: They welcome you with a very cheap quality juice The second thing was the 20 minutes free massage that really was good and the masseuse was really good and professional.I will not forget the location was good since it was close to the sea that I didn’t enjoy cause of the weather was very cold. To summarize i will say that i could gave them a better review and rating if the price was competitive and not exaggerated . But selling at 4 times price the same product make me feel not happy.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY!!!!!
Horrible Hotel!! We booked a night with my girlfriend and they flat out refused to let us have our fully guaranteed and paid for room. They told us we either pay for an additional room or we have to leave and give up our non-refundable booking. They did not care that we didn't have another place to stay and that we traveled long and planned this trip weeks ahead. They did not try to help at all! Horrible people. Oh and their excuse was this: We are not married so we cannot stay in the same room.

All things were included: wine and massages too. Good food, fish option every day.Cleanliness of the rooms was absolutely impeccable. Waiters and in general all the staff were friendly and always helpful. Strong suit of the orangers is the beach that is clean, well-organized and more importantly... Simply beautiful with very nice light sand and amazing hot sea. The only things I did not like so much are meat (too many liver and beef often was though) and poor quality of animation and their shows. Absolutely an hotel to recommend.

New Year Break
Exceptional warm welcome, amazing staff who make you feel special. Great value all inclusive hotel in a quiet location with immediate access to a gorgeous beach. The effort put into the New Years gala dinner & evening was outstanding, lovely meal & fabulous band playing throughout the evening.. truly wonderful atmosphere, a great night. Definitely we will return to this hotel.

Abbiamo passato in questo hotel 3 giorni compreso il Natale e devo dire che tutto il personale è davvero gentilissimo e disponibilissimo ( come si confà generalmente alla Tunisia !) e tutti hanno dato il massimo per organizzare al meglio questo evento dal cenone del 24 sera all'arrivo di Babbo Natale con regalino per tutti i bimbi! Trattasi di vero all inclusive non come spesso accade con limitazioni orarie e qualche snack compreso..... Si fa colazione fino alla 11, si pranza fino alle 18 e c'è' un bar con piccolo buffet aperto tutta la notte.......Cosa da non sottovalutare esiste anche una lavanderie self service per lavare e stirare. Raramente ho visto un mini club così attrezzato di giochi. Sebbene la struttura sia un po' datata e le camere un po' rumorose malgrado il periodo non sia dei più floridi in questo paese a livello turistico questo hotel non ha tralasciato l'importanza del servizio e l'attenzione al cliente.

ideal short break for families.
we had four full days here in April 2014. there are a wide array of activities available (at no extra cost): archery, table tennis, massage, Aqua Gym, fish pedicure. we paid for horse riding (five minute walk away) and jet ski hire (next to beach). both were reasonably priced. the staff were outstanding. all very friendly, good-humoured, multi-lingual. whenever we went to the beach, we would wait a few moments and then sun loungers would be brought to wherever you wanted to stay. a nice touch. additionally, there was a large pool, a small shallow children's pool and a heated indoor pool. in the evenings, the staff would entertain the guests with various shows for children and adults.

Härlig semester
Vill man ha en härlig och trevlig semester så är detta ett underbart hotell. Trevlig personal och en underhållning som passar de flesta. Maten är bra men en aning för lite kryddad. Hotellområdet är stort med en härlig strand. Vi skulle mycket gärna kunna åka tillbaka dit ett annat år.

Jag hade en underbar vecka. Väldigt bekvämt att bo så nära stranden. Det är ju mest för sol o bad jag åker. Maten var bra men efter en vecka kanske lite enformigt. Hotellet hade väldigt bra ordning och var välorganiserat. Jag tyckte att det mesta funkade utmärkt.

This place is fantastic. Food great and location on the beach was wonderful. It's staring to get a little tired but otherwise it is really a lovely way to spènd a week. There should be a shuttle service introduced to the shopping centre. Pool was great and snack bar at pool and beach was fantastic especially for kids. The animation team was entertaining for kids. Lots of Europeans there which was good and a nice change.

all aspects of hotel excellent
Very professional in all departments. The buffet restaurant food is varied and of high quality with well-humoured and efficient staff. Wine is plentiful and served by the half bottle. The all-inclusive side of it is excellent. Small regular tips are most appreciated and 99% deserved. I had a seaview de-luxe room which was well furnished and spotlessly clean. Being March there wasn't a lot happening around and about, but the hotel is big enough to keep you interested and the entertainment is a lot of fun. A taxi rank is outside the hotel and I found them all honest and cheap. All in all you won't be disappointed with Les Orangers.
