« A super clean, tidy, and comfortable place to stay in laid back Kawhia, The ever changing view over the harbour as the tide rolled in and out was very relaxing and even though the fishing trip was cancelled due to the big swell we had some quality time to chill out. « Perfect bach to base from for a couple of days fishing. Everything you need is all there, cosy & laid back, no fuss. »

« Property is fine. I did have to ask for details on how to get in on the day we were due to arrive but we received them in plenty of time before we checked in. The road noise is loud. I'd go prepared with earplugs if you're not used to being that close to traffic normally! Not something the owner can change but something to note when traveling with kids or elderly like I was. »

« This property should be taken off stayz as the property is rented to permanment tenant we were not imformed that we could not stay there and had to pay to stay at a hotel we didtry to contact host numerous times and only got there message bank which we left messages on and we wish to get a refund of the total amout we paid for the property Unhappy customers »

« We needed somewhere close to UoW for the Open Day, and this was the closest, reasonable priced property. It was a bit tricky finding the driveway in the dark (without satnav shouting directions) and at first I was a bit wary of the immediate area, BUT this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It was spotless. Nice and comfortable, well equipped and with Dolce Gusto coffee pods included. The right of way was narrow, and parking on the driveway was a bit tricky, but it might have been...

« A nice house with plenty of space inside and outside. The only problem was there was still rubbish from the people before us and the owner provided us with the wrong pin for the front door. Nevertheless one of the sliding doors was open so access was still possible. »
