« Lovely new and well thought out Studlo. Ideal for a couple. We particularly liked the wet room and the velux windows with blinds and the large off-road parking area. Would have liked a small table or stool on the far side of the bed for glasses, water, etc. Would also have liked more than just 2 tea bags for our 2-night stay. But overall it’s a lovely property. »

« Mistal was spotless, The surrounding area was beautiful with some wonderful dog walks.The kitchen was well equipped if we’d felt inclined to cook, but with the large number of local pubs to check out we left the cooking for another time. The whole accommodation was comfortable and our hosts were lovely giving us suggestions of cafes and pubs that were worth a visit, as well as some historical and local information. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area. »

« It was a very peaceful spot set back from the road. The car wasn't parked on site but finding a spot on the road was easy and walking up to the cottage was guided with directions very clearly explained with photos by the host. « Nice cosy retreat for 2 + little furry friend. Compact, but we knew it would be, and extremely well designed. Lots of lovely extras to add to the welcome and it was very clean, well set out, parking provided for nearby. No garden (again, we knew this) but lovely views out of the windows and walks from doorstep instantly available. Lovely main fire (not really needed as it happens) and good shower. « This is one of the best cottages we have ever been to.Situated on a real working farm with dogs, sheep etc. Views across the fields are tremendous and the farm garden is great with outdoor seating.Interior is cosy and clean. Bedrooms are large and bathroom has bath with shower over.There are lots of places to visit a short drive away as well as ample walking routes and quaint pubs.The owners live in the attached farm house and are very welcoming.
