« Location was beautiful with views over Pendle Hill. Room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean with a beautiful bathroom. It was situated adjacent to the pub a 15 second walk away. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Would stay again when next in the area. »

« Can access back of Black Hat thru beer garden if parking in main Ilkley car park. Be aware that this car park now has evening charges - make sure you don’t get caught out 👀. »

« First stay here for a party in Brighouse. Superb welcome from staff on arrival and shown to our room. Accommodation is across the road from the pub and events so nice and quiet and a great space at the front of the building for a evening drink. Very interesting range of ales and other drinks in the pub and an excellent breakfast. The corridors of the accommodation be lye how nice the rooms themselves are, very comfy mattresses and pillows and big towels that wrap around you properly. Highly...

« Always a great stay because of the staff including Julie, Lawrence, Sean (the Boss man) and Liam (I hope I got the names right). But rooms are a little dusty and my mugs were both stained and needed replacing. Team makes this a place to come back to again and again. »

« Great location and the staff were fantastic, especially Lucy. The room was exceptionally clean with lots of amenities but the mattress wasn’t that comfortable. Would stay again on a different bed. Good value for the area and great breakfast. »

« The host was fantastic had brilliant communication,the property was clean and stocked full of items which made our stay so easy ,we was on the second floor but there was a lift so easy access,I would just be mindful of others living in some of the flats as they can be slightly noisy over the weekend but other then that it wasn't a bad stay for the price I paid »
