« I loved the big four post bed, Africa theme decoration’s, and parking in the overflow area. The bathroom mirror and under the vanity were not clean; there was a broken soap dish under the vanity on the floor. I was kept awake from loud conversations and arguing on the floor above me. Cigarette buts littered the side entry ramp I pulled my suitcase up. The elevator left very much to be desired, as it was very sketchy if it could be trusted. Staff we friendly and helpful. »

« Inwi start by saying the location is wonderful and very close to downtown amenities. The check in process was smooth and we had an issue with the bathroom door not closing which was looked after promptly that day. We had issues with the bed as it is on wheels with no headboard and moves constantly when two people are in it, it also sinks in the middle and the pillows provided are very high and hard. We informed the owner we had to leave a day early due to the bed and lack of sleep and comfort...

« This property is not accessible, the entrance is in the back to which I had to drag my luggage down a small slope and then across some gravel to get to the door. There was no step at the door so it was difficult for me to get my luggage up into the unit and then myself. The price increase from what you showed and then what I actually was charged was substantial and they only allowed less then 24 hours for cancellation. »
