The apt is listed for up to 6 people, but the 3rd bed is a blowup mattress, a bit misleading if one was assuming it was a fold out bed. The couch was not great for such a great central room if you wanted to lounge around and watch TV, but overall the location was great, apt was as listed, clean and nice with great view (not of the water though).
