Nice property
I had a hard time, because when I got to the property someone else was there and I had to go to to a horrible place to stay for two nights. It was difficult because I was with 3 grandkids and they just wanted to get into the house. I hope this never happens to no one else.

This place is wonderful
This house is really wonderful it's so convenient and in a great, safe, and beautiful location! It's close to everything Walmart, dollar tree, checkers, starbucks, chipotle and so much more. It's also a short drive from Universal studios and all the other theme parks. It was well stocked with towels, sheets, pillows and dishes. The fridge is fairly new and very good. The pool was the best. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. I will definitely visit this house again. I also highly recommend this house to all my friends and family.

The property was in an excellent location on a beautiful golf course with south facing pool deck. The property was in mild disrepair with smoke detectors beeping, no gas in the gas grill, dirty rusty grill, flat bike tires and lots of dust on the decorations above the cabinets in the kitchen. The master bedroom and bath were nice and clean. The garage was very cluttered with broken lawn furniture and assorted discarded items. This is unfortunate as this property is in a prime location and south facing back pool. A little attention would go a long way to improving this rental.

Sorry to hear. I will speak with the management, because if COVID we couldn’t be there to do maintenance ourselves so we are fulling depends on management. Thanks again and we will work on it.

It was ok
Check in was a little stressful because the house we originally was renting got rented out even though we paid and made reservations months in advance. Jeroen did make it right by giving us another house that was just as nice. I just wish it wasnt at the last minute. The house could have been cleaner and not all the TVs worked. The neighborhood was ok but the neighbors were partying until 1-2 am and playing loud music even during the day, so not much relaxation. We will probably not stay there in southern dunes again we would like more privacy and peace.

Yes this was not so nice. Do to all cancelations because of corona and last minutes bookings there was a mixup between the houses and I am so sorry for this. About that partying I know all about this. There has been booked without my permission for short term renting which has given a big stress also for my neighbors. Normally it’s a very quiet area so after 10 years of renting it’s the first time this happen. Maybe and hoping to have you once back to us. 😊

Lovely villa in Haines City
We stayed at this property in Dec 2019. It is about 20-25 miles from International Drive area. It is in a lovely complex and we looked onto the golf course. Villa was very clean and has everything we needed, including bikes. There is a Walmart just a short walk away which was very handy and a number of eating places. Communication with the owner was very easy. I would recommend this accommodation and would indeed use again ourselves

Southern dunes and this villa have Everything you need
Stayed on southern dunes before so know the area , the villa had everything we needed and was clean . Views from the pool to the golf course are fantastic and overall area is very peaceful

Very nice villa,comfortable,clean,homely,great location looking onto the golf course,safe gated community,with a Walmart superstore within a short walk. Second time on Southern Dunes,and will definitely be going again.

My family enjoyed the stay.
This is our second stay in the same community. The house is hotel-like clean, which I like the most. A few things should be replaced or fixed, such as cooking pan and pot, knives, the screen of pool area. The owner is good communicating with as well. Overall, it's very very satisfying time we spent.

Fabulous stay!
We had a fabulous stay in this villa! Location was excellent and even better having Walmart right round the corner! We made use of the bikes and the pool and jacuzzi. We decided to get the jacuzzi heated as it was cool, messaged the owner and was sorted straight away. The temperature didn’t seem to change so we messaged again and he sent the pool guy round straight away. This was fabulous and heated up nicely! The villa as a whole was very clean and well looked after. The only real negative we could mention (and this is us being very picky) despite the air con being on the rooms felt quite stuffy. But there were portable fans for us to use so we were able to sleep well at night. Overall we had a great stay here and would have no doubts about returning in the future! Thanks for having us :)

Ein tolles Haus am Golfplatz
Das Haus liegt wunderschön, direkt am Golfplatz. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, viel Besteck, Teller, Handtücher etc. Wir waren dort für fast 3 Wochen und es fehlte nichts. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, der Pool super sauber. Die Möbel hatten einige Gebrauchsspuren waren aber sauber. Die Geräte wie Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine und Trockner waren top. Wir kennen die Anlage „Southern Dunes“ schon länger, dies war das beste Haus. Die Terrasse liegt genau nach Süden, und die tolle Markise spendet super Schatten. Der Besitzer Jeroen ist super freundlich, reagierte auf Fragen immer unmittelbar und war immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder😀🇺🇸. Grüße aus Frankfurt/Deutschland.

Great area!
We had a nice stay in Southern Dunes during Christmas. Not far from Disney World, and that was on our list for the stay. Southern Dunes is a nice area, quiet and well organised. The house is starting to get a little bit "worn / well used", but absolutely useful. You have the equipment you need, and the pool area is great. Happy New Year!

Estivemos por 10 dias na casa. Anfitrião muito solícito e disponível. Piscina limpa e a água morna (mesmo nao termos ligado o aquecedor) Camas confortáveis com roupas de cama limpa. Cozinha equipada com ótimos eletrodomésticos. Ótimos aparelhos eletrônicos na sala e quartos. A casa possui bicicletas, no qual Andamos pelo condomínio que é muito arborizado. Great villa
Just got back from 2 weeks at this lovely villa. Quiet, secure location with a convenient supermarket just up the road. The house was clean, well-equipped and very quiet. Loved the south-facing pool and recliner chairs. Perfect for a family looking in this area.

I had a horrible week!!
Don't rent from this guy! Were a very simple family we traveled by car 18 hours to get to Florida and enjoy our vacation. When we got there we said this house is so pretty but soon to find out it was not as nice as I thought. First the pool and hot tub wasn't warm it was ice cold. I called the owner he said he sent someone when I got back I would turn on the hot tub switch and it would drain the hot tub and the pool was still cold. I decided to have a seat on the nice lazy boy recliner and realized there was a big pointy nail sticking out the handle to recline on both chairs!! I decided to get some ice for my soda but the ice maker did not work!! The next day I asked the owner for a refund he said he would another pool guy this pool guy fixed it bit only for one day! Getting into the hot tub that day I cut myself on some hooks that were on the fence! I also realized everything was dirty the pool the sink the dishes it was gross!! The next day I made some baked chicken and before my chicken could cook the stove broke, smoke came out of the power plug and the stove was completely shut down! Again I called and they send someone who promise fixing but never did!! On top of all of that there were roaches in there some flying bugs who bit up my daughter and waterbugs!!! I left early and despite me leaving early and all the complain I and horror he couldn't refund me the last day that I didn't stay there!! I wish I could give this house a 0 star but it doesn't allow it!!

Sorry to hear that you are not happy with your stay, you know very well that we did all we can you help you to solve the problems. This never happen before since 2010, when we have our house in renting. We solved the poolheating and didn’t charge you any dollar for compensation. You enjoyed the pool for the remaining time of your holiday. Regarding the stove, this is just bad luck and can happen and we are sorry this happens… Icemaker works fine, you have to lift the lifter to switch it on. Most of the renters don’t like the noise of the ice machine and therefore switch it off… Again sorry to hear that you are not happy and hopefully in another house you have more luck.

Great location, fantastic views on to an excellent golf course!
Villa is a little tired could do with an update of basics like cups, towels and bedding!! Nail poking out of an arm chair. Just a cosmetic update would bring this villa up to an excellent place to visit. Was more than adequate for our requirements and would not be put off booking again!!

Had a fabulous time at your villa in Southern Dunes. The peace, tranquillity and views were great. Close to Walmart for shopping, public just up the highway, easy driving to wherever you want to go. Gulf beaches 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours easy drive away. Villa had everything you would need eg bikes, pool floats, brilliant gas barbecue, lots of utensils, towels, books to read. We left 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach which I hope will be useful for future guests to use. The ease of diirections and combination for thr villa key was really simple and straightforward. Overall a brilliant place to stay and would defiantly come here again when we return in the future. Thank you Jeroen for the use of your villa and making our holiday so memorable. Bobby and Margaret
