Cottage Vue Océan Côte-Nord

Ce chalet confortable de construction récente est situé sur la rive nord de l'île de Maui, niché dans la campagne paisible de Haiku mais relativement proche des principales attractions! Profitez de vacances relaxantes dans un cadre tropical riche avec des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan!

L'espace

La maison offre une vue panoramique sur les montagnes et l'océan par temps chaud et venteux. L'espace de vie de la maison est de 1000 pieds carrés avec 400 pieds carrés supplémentaires de terrasse et un double abri d'auto. La maison est idéale pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les familles avec enfants. Le feuillage luxuriant est abondant, avec des bananiers, des agrumes et des avocats plantés dans toute la cour. La maison est parfaite pour des vacances reposantes dans un cadre tropical calme, privé et paisible.

La maison a une variété de fonctionnalités pour vous assurer un merveilleux séjour à Maui. Le grand patio extérieur a des meubles en bois de teck et un barbecue à gaz, parfait pour profiter d'un dîner tout en regardant le coucher du soleil. Nous proposons une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée, avec lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, four, micro-ondes, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle et ustensiles. La maison comprend Internet sans fil haut débit, deux téléviseurs intelligents, un streamer multimédia Apple TV, une chaîne stéréo et une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un grand placard et une salle de bains principale avec une douche à l'italienne double et une douche extérieure privée. Il y a aussi une chambre supplémentaire avec un canapé-lit queen, et une salle de bain avec douche de plain-pied.

Le chalet est situé sur une propriété de 2,9 acres, qui comprend une maison où vivent les hôtes. Un chien, un sympathique labradoodle miniature, vit dans la maison des hôtes et ne sera pas au chalet. Les enfants sont les bienvenus tant qu'ils sont surveillés par des adultes, car il y a un ravin raide en bordure de la propriété.

A Cut Above the Rest!

We love this property! Our standards are high when it comes to cleanliness and updated finishes/fixtures and linens. It’s quiet and private. Brigitte and Dave are great and were extremely welcoming and helpful with questions or recommendations for our Maui stay. Many properties just don’t match what this cottage has to offer. Quality is top notch in our view. Second visit and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks Dave and Brigitte!!

Paradise within Paradise

Our hosts, Brigitte & Dave were extremely welcoming. The property exceeded our expectations in many ways: 1. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and quiet. 2. The multiple local trees, flowers, and well maintained lawn provided a garden-like feel to our stay. The partial view of the Pacific Ocean was the icing on the cake! 3. The cottage itself had everything and more, that we needed to facilitate our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Heaven on Maui

Beautiful, clean & quiet

North Shore Ocean View was the perfect getaway. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need or or have forgotten, including first aid supplies, sunscreen and beach gear. Brigitte & Dave were very friendly and welcoming. They were available to answer any questions and give recommendations on local attractions and food. When we were at the house, we spent a lot of time on the two lanais that overlooked the ocean and scenic backyard. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance and recommend to friends!

This is a beautiful house, the property and the view are fantastic. The hosts were extremely nice, helpful, and considerate. The property is very well-appointed, especially in the kitchen. The location is convenient to shopping, including grocery, within a 10-15 minute drive. It is also a few blocks to the Hana Highway. Our stay couldn't have been any better!

The best overall rental property we've stayed at while on vacation. Cottage is completely separate from the hosts' home on site, with landscaping almost completely blocking the view between the cottage and the home. Beautiful tropical surroundings. Distant view of the ocean. Sunrise colors can be seen from the master bed. Sunset can be seen (somewhat) through the treeline to the west while on the master patio. Quiet, serene, private, and off the grid. Outdoor shower was a big plus. Cottage is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and well-equipped (and then some). Very close to Road to Hana; restaurants in Paia or upcountry are within a convenient 10-15 minute drive. Gives the feel of what it's like to live on Maui; a great base for exploring what Maui has to offer. Gracious and communicative hosts. We enjoyed the bananas they hand-picked for us, and some other goodies they provided. Only negative is that the cottage does not have air conditioning, as many homes in this part of Maui do not. The first night we got there, the cottage was unpleasantly hot, but after letting in the cool morning air the next day - and leaving the windows perpetually open for the rest of the week - it became tolerable, albeit still too warm for our tastes. (They do have ceiling fans and an extra table fan that were very helpful. Outdoor temps were in the mid 80's while we were there.)

An amazing stay

We loved everything about the house. Spotless, surprisingly very well equipped, some basic supplies at disposal (very convenient when you travel), all you need to go to the beach that you can borrow. The open kitchen is incredibly nice and it is a pleasure to prepare the meals. The master bedroom has a unique view, day and night : you can stare at the stars from the bed… you almost never want to fall asleep, waiting for the daylight.. Master bathroom very big and in excellent condition. All is in perfect conditions, very well maintained, very clean. Dave and Brigitte welcomed us as we were friends… and in 10 days we became friends. We loved their care, constant attention, concern of making our vacation unforgettable. It has been. Highly recommended if you look for a little remote place, a little away from the crowd, to fully appreciate the Maui spirit.

We had a lovely three night stay with our 12 year old. The property and views were relaxing and a nice change of pace as we came from a 5 night stay at a resort in Wailea.
