I had a 2-bedroom apartment that was well-equipped for cooking. The cleaning staff did a good job each day. The area around the property is noisy and crowded. If you are in Hai Phong for a longer business trip and you want a service apartment, this could be right for you. I was charged for a missing ladle and spoon surprisingly which must not have been there from the beginning, so keep in mind that at check-out you could be charged for missing items although they do not give you a list of items at check-in.

This place is great. The kitchen was a big bonus with a large supermarket just a few hundred yards away. The staff are so nice to deal with and they have great English speaking skills. I stayed for four days and enjoyed my extended stay.

Felt very comfortable and welcome when checking in..all the staff remember my name although I have not been staying there for quite a while. Was delightfully surprised by the personal touch of the staffs.
