« We stayed in an expensive thematic family room. It's really not worth it to pay a supplement for this as there are almost no games for the kids and these rooms have no windows and no natural light coming through. The meals were really awful for the price we paid. It was supposed to be kaiseki meals but there is no service at all. They put everything on the table on the beginning. Everything cooks in the same time and you don't have time to eat. Everything burns or is cold when it's time to eat....

« Chambre belle et épurée, confortable et pratique. Magnifique vue sur la mer, personnel parfait. Très facile à trouver en voiture (on voit l’hôtel depuis la route, perché sur une colline). Onsen agréable, très bon dîner et petit déjeuner kaiseki. »

« そこそこ料金払ったのに、部屋に浴槽がなくとても不便だった。 大浴場も床のマットにカビが生えていたし、フロントの方に『おはようございます』と言ったら『はい』と言われた。 これならビジネスホテルでよかったなと後悔しました。 »
