bon rapport qualité - prix
Après avoir lu quelques commentaires, j'avais un peu peur de ce que j'allais trouver! finalement, l'endroit est propre et bien tenu! la chambre offrait le confort que nous recherchions à moins de 10 minutes en voiture de Northampton. je sejournerais à nouveau à cet endroit si l'occasion se présentait!

While I knew this was a lower budget motel, my expectations were not even met. When I opened the door to the room a horrible smell came out - strong mildewy dank smell. By morning it almost had a sewage smell to it. The room was hot and stuffy, so I rutned on the AC - but in order to get AC you couldn't have the blinds closed because they closed over it. With the windows open I was on the ground floor looking directly onto the driveway of an oil change place and it's spotlight shown right in my window. I flushed the toilet once - and it ran and ran, I tried jiggling the handle to no avail, and eventually took the top off the back to fix it and found it was an ancient and barely functional inside. I adjusted the cap to stop the running and from there on in it just wouldn't flush at all. I'd asked for a one queen room, got 2 - fine - but both were hard as plywood. There was a refrigerator, which I need for medication, however when I got up in the morning everything I'd put in it was frozen solid, wasting almost $200 of medication. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, but I couldn't wait to go in the morning. I went to the door to check out but no one opened it (lobby closed due to COVID-19 - I was checked in standing outside). I called one of the three numbers on the door to at least say I was leaving (I had already paid) but there was never an answer or answering machine. I wish I'd spent the extra $20-$30 and gotten something at least decent.

While I am sorry that you did not enjoy your trip, there are a few things I'd like to mention. First, I'd like to address the problem with getting a two bed- room. This is due to the pandemic, we do not rent rooms until we wait a few days and conduct proper disinfection of the room. We did not have a room with one bed and graciously gave you a room with 2 beds at the price of a room with 1 bed. The rooms are cleaned with extra care and checked by the owners due to the COVID outbreak and did not have a smell until after your visit. Perhaps this was a result of trying to troubleshoot the toilet problem rather than calling us for assistance. In addition, upon examining the room we found that the toilet that was previously working was now with a broken cap and not in working condition. Per policy as mentioned in the paper every customer is asked to sign, if there is any damage to the property in the room we are able to charge a fee for damages, which we courteously waived. We have not received any complaints regarding the refrigerator, AC or the bed as they are all new and in working condition. We examined all three of these after this post to verify and everything seems to be in working order/comfortable. As for being checked in outside, we do this as a safety precaution as we cannot verify proper quarantine measures of our guests. This process ensures that one customer does not come into contact with anything another customer has touched. Although we diligently clean all surfaces, this intervention is meant as an additional safety measure for you as the customer. Lastly, two out of the three phone numbers listed are mobile numbers and we did not receive a call from you. As always, we do our best in our efforts to serve you while being safe amidst this pandemic. However, I apologize for your dissatisfaction with our service.

I wasn’t expecting much but the bed was almost unbearable. The bathroom shower had a leak in it terrible water pressure not enough towels no shampoo or conditioner bottles in the room. Because of COVID we weren’t wowed in the office which I can understand.

The Travelocity reservation was fine, the desk clerk didn't know how to deal with it. Getting to the room, it was 62 degrees, two of the lights wouldn't light. When I went to breakfast at 7:30 there was none out on the table. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but was even more disappointed. I have traveled extensively, often on a tight budget, but this was humble.

Staff were very friendly, and put in the extra effort to make sure I got what I needed from my stay. The room was set up nicely, though it was a little outdated, and there were some repairs that were needed- things like a chipped sink, a rip in the comforter. These didn't affect my stay, which was pleasant and comfortable.

After I checked in on Monday 8/26/19 at Knight Inn Hadley, I was given Room No. 114. When I entered the room, there is a bad smell from old carpet, bed supplies and uncleanliness which renters normally get good smell from other Inns or Motels. Inn staff is kind and respectful to renters. Thanks

Very poor
The owners were so very kind, I hate writing a negative review however this place was a dump. The special price was $144 which was an embarrassment for a hotel of this quality. I travel over 200 days a year from my job and this was by far the worst hotel I’ve had all season.

Cleaning Improvements needed
We had a quick stay but unfortunately the hotel is not well kept. The rooms are not clean be it the sheets, the ironing board with stains on it, the dust accumulating in the fans and ACs or the overall smell of the room and hallways. The pool does look clean though. For the price I was not expecting a Hilton but a little maintenance would go a long way to making me want to go back there when I visit in a few months.

Cockroaches at the knights inn
This was not our first time staying at this knights inn however this was the worst. We used hotel.com for the first night and then paid on site for the second. The front desk help is always rude and ask like there being bothered. The room was not the best the pillows were flat and the beds not so comfortable. We were not even there for 20 min when we found a cockroach in our bathroom. We brought it down to the front to be told that it was not a roach and they have exterminators monthly and or that we must of brought it. I left the dead bug with them and went back to only find another one. The staff was rude and unhelpful the hotel smells funny and is not the cleanest or most comfy. However I have never seen a roach let alone two in a hotel room.

I'm not sure where this misunderstanding took place, however, in the future feel free to call us after making a reservation to see which room was booked. We do have trash cans outside in the corner across from a room, however, no one has had an issue with that as there is a good distance in between the trash cans and the room. But again feel free to call us and request a different room and we will make every effort to give you a different room. We hope to see you again in the future.

I did not stay. I had to find other accommodations the place smell and had below accept standards for a weekend getaway. I was unable to get a refund and I was unable to reach Expedia. I ended paying for the first night for a hotel I did not stay. You cannot trust the pics when making a decision online. Not sure I will try to make travel arrangements in this manner again.

I felt the rates are too high for this level of accommodation Very basic and in need of a uplift. Blankets torn, lamps not working, bathroom fan not functioning, walls thin and you can hear normal conversations from adjoining rooms.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate you staying with us. We make every effort to change out any all things that are nonfunctional in the rooms. We replace all blankets when found to be torn in the rooms. All of our lamps are checked as well, we have a main switch that turns on one lamps and the rest can be turned on manually by turning a switch. However, we appreciate the feedback and will continue to make changes to our rooms.

It was clean, except for previous guest’s clothing item left in room. Complimentary breakfast was not very substantial.
