Lovely hotel staff ..over the top professional and very friendly and sweet! Certainly made us feel welcome and looked after us with genuine care and consideration! Highly recommend!

Great hotel in Ha Long Bay
The front desk was so polite and did an excellent job in helping me to find and book transportations, which was definitely out of my expectation. Big thanks. The room is spacious and clean. The shower room is great and is equipped with advanced toilet system. Love it.
