First off the house is very beautifully renovated and decorated the inside was Amazing and beautiful and itâs even better if youâre handicapped or disabled because there is a ramp to go up to the door, handicap showers everything you need to make your stay great. But I do have to share my cons-1) the owner was somewhat hard to get a hold of if you text her. It would take a little bit longer for her to respond back. 2) main concern for us during our stay was that we had main AC issues, the owners ac guy had to come to our place 3x to fix our ac bc it was so hot. The bad thing was we had a newborn and would be hard to stay in a hot house. Tried to notify owner that night but no response until morning. By Day 2 it finally got resolved. 3) some of Master bedroomâs outlets wouldnât work. WiFi is not great at all- kept coming off and on- had to reset it so many times. Location not great- in a sketchy neighborhood and next to train tracks so can hear train coming numerous times. Great thatâs itâs on the end of street and away from neighborhood. She has another rental next door. Apartment/hotel across from house. Lastly, convenient for Great location to beach, restaurants and casinos.
