We had a very enjoyable visit to the Mississippi Coast and the Sandpiper Cottage was the perfect place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, great location with easy access to Gulfport, Biloxi and Ocean Springs. Hosts Andy & Jennifer were very accommodating, welcoming and provided valuable restaurant & area recommendations! The cottage was totally comfortable and had everything we needed.

Weekend Stay
We enjoyed our weekend staying in the Sandpiper!! The house was clean and unique. The back porch was a great place to sit and just relax in the mornings while watching the birds. Great place to stay.

Perfect Peacefulness!
We made a quick visit to Gulfport to watch a Dance Competition. We wanted to stay close to the beach without the hussle and bussle of Casino life. We found it at Sandpiper Cove. A nice, quaint, quiet, little neighborhood. The place was perfect for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed to relax. If you needed a snack, it was there. If you forgot your shampoo, it was there. The back porch was quiet and peaceful. Thank you Andy & Jennifer for a beautiful home. We will be back to stay for a lengthier trip.

Cute little cottage close to everything
This was such a cute little place. Great back porch to sit and relax. They had a fire pit and s’mores ready for us; unfortunately we were always too tired, by the end of the night, to enjoy it. My son loved the bunk room and ping pong table! 5 minute drive to the beach, Mississippi Aquarium, downtown Gulfport restaurants and coffee shops. Biloxi beach was a short drive away too, with other great things for the kids (Paradise Pier-Big Fun Entertainment) We had a Great time and will stay here again, when we visit!

Sweet Little Place

Stay at Sandpiper Cottage
This cottage is so cute, comfortable, and very well maintained. We stayed for my daughters cheer competition and it was super close to the convention center and a bunch of other stuff to do. Will definitely be back and hopefully for longer!

Christmas
We met our daughter and her family at the Sandpiper for Christmas. We had everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. The powers were very nice and the house was decorated for Christmas.

Fantastic house with great backyard
Love this property and location. Clean, plenty of room. The backyard is amazing! Big porch, fire pit, fun lighting, and private. The host provides fire wood and s’mores. We will be back for soon!

Cozy cottage!
Nice quiet neighborhood not far from beach, loved the backyard and had fun roasting s'mores in the fire! Super clean and easy check in and property manager gave me all the info I needed. Great stay!

Great little home
The house is beautiful. The house has everything in it you’d need for staying in and cooking. It’s just a short drive to the ocean. The beds are super comfy. We’ll be looking forward to staying at this house again on our next trip down to Gulf Port.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Sandpiper Cottage in March 2023. The house is very nicely decorated and we were able to have space to roam on the back porch while also cooking a nice family meal on the grill, and eating in the dining room. It felt like a second home, and was just as shown in pictures. Very cute older home character and style. Great hosts and communication. Will stay again!

Fun Little Stop
We had the pleasure of staying at the Sandpiper Cottage as a one-night stop between Texas and Florida. The house was great, very clean, great amenities for the whole family. The kids loved the bunk beds, fire pit (s'mores!), and other random toys they found (balls, jump rope, etc). The backyard is top notch. It is a less than 5 min drive to the beach parking. Check-In/Out was very seamless and the communication with Andy was very fast and easy.

The Sandpiper Cottage is a perfect home away from home!
We had the most amazing stay at the Sandpiper Cottage! It felt just like home and with it being Christmas that was a must! Especially since we had our little in tow. She hadn't been to Mississippi since she was two and hasn't spent a Christmas away from home ever. The Cottage was decorated beautifully, they even allowed us to bring our own little tree to add that final Christmas touch! It was just absolute perfection! Having a whole house, full of so many amenities was just a blessing too! We are so thankful for our host and they feel like family now too! So easy going and attentive. Never once made me feel like any question I had was bothersome and even sent us several local event suggestions we may like, that made our trip even more magical! We will definitely be back and will be renting from them again! Thank y'all! With much love, The Willeys! ❤️

The Cottage was home away from home.
The Sandpipper Cottage has a inviting atmosphere, very clean , and had a great location in a nice quite neighborhood. You can walk to the beach beings it's only a few blocks away. It's a great spot for family's with children and a great price comparable to a hotel room, but you get an entire house. We will definitely be returning with our kids in the future. Thank you 😊
