Check in lady was delightful, no complaints. The rooms are so very noisy. We could hear every single conversation from rooms around us, every cough, every sneeze, you get the point. The bathroom light stopped working shortly after arrival. We decided to just roll with it because we had a concert to get to and honestly weâre pretty easy going and donât sweat the small stuff. When we returned to our room about midnight, I realized that the bathroom vent fan was leaking a significant amount of water if it was turned on. The bathroom floor was nearly flooded by the time we figured out that it only leaked if the switch was on. Turning on the shower was comical. We finally figured out how to do so, and honestly by this point we were thinking we were on a hidden camera reality show. We attempted to go to bed at 1am, but our neighbor had their television on, so we had to wait until 3am when they turned it off. Another neighbor stepped outside at 5 am shouting profanity, while shortly after, we were woken up by the sound of someoneâs iPhone alarm at 6 am (yes, we could hear their phone alarm in the next room). After multiple guests screaming and slamming doors for the next hour, we decided to head home and count our losses. We opened the door and discovered piles of trash and towels outside or door blocking our walk out. My best adviceâŠspend the extra $50 and stay somewhere else. Itâs absolutely not worth anything youâd possibly pay. The staff was great, but this place needs help.
