Villagio on Golden Pond is a lovely house one block from the beach and is ready for you to enjoy. House features four bedrooms, three baths, a fully equipped kitchen for all your meal needs. There are 2 king beds (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), 2 queens, and a Triple Bunk bed.

Shares a community pool for the days not spent on the beach. Oh yes the furry baby gets to visit also, plus covered parking under the house. Charcoal grill supplied outside (renter responsible for supplying charcoal).

Access by Stairs only

Minimum age to rent 25. Strictly enforced.

No Smoking in house nor decks or balconies.

We had a great time!

We vacationed with our daughter and six of our grandchildren. Four of them had never seen the ocean before. This property was perfect for us. Plenty of bedroom space and bathrooms. All the luxuries of Home and in a great location! Kevin was very easy to contact and very nice! You can’t go wrong with this rental!!!

It was great. House was awesome. Location great. Stayed that there were 3 pools. There was only one in the adjacent area. The pier was practically in someone's back yard. That was weird. They were looking at us like we were trespassing. Easy to get in touch with rental company. The response time was great. All in all. It was wonderful.

The beach house was dirty and run down. The floors had not been mopped. Garbage from last renter still in MB. Ice maker and can opener did not work. Foot board in MB had dried substance on it. Beds in kids room screws loose and moved. Curtains in living space had multiple large stains. Furniture worn and dirty. Bed linens were clean. Showers were clean. Air conditioner did work well. Great location for fishing in the bay. Dock for a small boat in the neighborhood. Close walk to beach.

Great Stay

Everything was wonderful. A few hiccups due to weather but the manager was very responsive throughout the process. Would definitely recommend the property. Only a 2 min walk to the beach.

Awesome trip

Really loved the house rental, plenty big enough for the 11 of us . Very clean and had all the essentials we needed for the week Only complaint is the ice machine for the fridge did not make ice Thank you so much for an amazing week

Clean and relaxing

So impressed with how clean everything was. The house was so much more than we expected, the pictures did not do it justice. Our family enjoyed being there and already recommended the property to our family and friends. Perfect location and easy walk to the beach. Thank you!

Great location, great house!

The house was nice and clean. The location was great, very close to Little Lagoon and a few minute walk to the beach. There were essentially two master bedrooms so that we had one and our family friends had one, then for our kids - the girls shared one room, the boys the other. Worked out great for us. We could have used a couple rugs to keep the sand out of the house, but otherwise, had most everything we needed to cook and make our stay comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful spot to vacation!

Webb's mini Road Trip

Everyone needs a mini vacation and this was the spot to experience it. Our 5 (five) children meet up in Mobile for one on our daughter's gradutation from USA grad program held Friday afterenoon. Friday evening we were at our rental property. Young adults went out celebrating while grandparents tucked in the grandchildren. Saturday at the beach, grandchildren played in the sand and buried their dad from waist toe. Later on that day, they splashed in the pool. Younger adults watched the sunset on the pier and the grandparents toured the neighborhood with their grandchildren in the wagon. Wonderful folks from Texas and Tenn. shared a large pot of tasty crawfish with us Saturday night. Our time ended Sunday morning as we took pics, prayed and went to our respected homes.

Spring Break Getaway

The house was beautiful and clean. It was exactly as described with plenty of room. Internet / WI-FI worked well. Every bedroom had a balcony which was nice. The location was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to many restaurants. Management was extremely nice and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a week at the property. We didn’t have internet the entire time. They kept saying it would be fixed, but never happened. It would have been fine if all the tvs in the house weren’t smart tvs. We had kids so television was a must. We ended up having to use our own hotspot on our phones. Also had a problem with the owner not wanting to credit me money back for a pet deposit we have two service dogs. It was a struggle I paid thousands to stay for the week $150 for a pet fee shouldn’t be that big of a deal to credit back. It was over all not a great situation. She kept doubting my service animals which was not okay. My daughter is a type one diabetic and her dogs go every where with us and I’ve never had a problem until now. It wasn’t a bad property over all ,but because of the problems with the owner I won’t be staying again.
