Magnifique Condo sur la plage!

  • Notre condo est situé à Gulf Shores Plantation Resort. L'adresse est 400 Plantation Road Gulf Shores, Alabama 36542 qui est à environ 12 miles des principales attractions du centre-ville de Gulf Shores. Vingt minutes en voiture des magasins d'usine et du nouveau parc d'attractions OWA. Mon unité # 2122 est idéalement situé au 1er étage. Très proche de la plage, des piscines extérieures, de la piscine intérieure, du sauna, du barbecue et de la salle de sport. Il est parachute ascensionnel, balades en bateau banane, location de jet-ski, kayak, rafting, shopping, visites touristiques, plongée en apnée, randonnée, tuba à eau, planche à voile, randonnée au golf, bombardements, shuffleboard, parachutisme, volley-ball, observation de la faune. Il y a des chaises de plage au condo et vous pouvez également les louer sur la plage. Cette unité est une salle de bain deux chambres deux qui peut accueillir 6 personnes. Deux lits queen-size et un canapé-lit queen-size, télévision à écran plat dans les chambres et le salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Je fournis aussi des serviettes de plage! Récemment peint et décoré, le restaurant sur place sert le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner. Pour les amateurs de golf, il y a un parcours de golf juste à côté de Kiva Dunes. WiFi gratuit est également fourni.
    J'espère que votre famille l'apprécie ici autant que la mienne.

Ready to go back!

Some construction going on in our building do to hurricane that had came through earlier. Overall it was a beautiful place. Loved the beach!!!! The people we met were so kind & I will treasure those memories.

Family friendly experience

perfect location for my family to enjoy the beach. 1st floor condo was perfect for us so we didn't have to carry beach accessoires upstairs every day. Will stay here again someday.

Family Vaca 2019

The Unit is perfectly located near the boardwalk and pool area. The first floor was great for having small children this trip. Carolyn was super nice and checked with us during the trip to make sure things were ok and our travels were safe- will definitely book again when staying in the area

Awesome vacation rental

We had a wonderful experience in gulf shores. The condo was very nice, well stocked and super comfortable. I could not have asked for anything better as I must say I felt that everything was perfect.

Great place away from the tourist crowd

Very clean and nice, super close to the beach. Quiet and relaxing. We loved it! Fort Morgan is such a change of pace from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and this condo is just right.

OLD AND SHABBY. Had to check in order to submit report.

A/c automatically increases temp. setting in hottest part of day. Very inconvenient when you are out and come back to a hot room. Was not “as advertised” concerning unloading thru the patio. I have photos. Lock box was corroded and hard to work especially in darkness with very little exterior lighting. Coffee maker was broken although replaced on the second day, but not at our request. Owner must have already known it. Only 1 “access” key. Were expected to return 2. Sliding glass door would not lock....had to put a broomstick in it. We were accused of not returning the door key and locking the unit. We left the key inside the unit, pulled the door shut (not locked) and left. Before I had time to notify owner, maintenance reported to her that they could not get in and charged her a big fee. The door was very hard to open.... had to “put a shoulder” to it. Garbage dumpster where we took out our trash was running over and open. Very nasty health hazard. Pools and restaurant that we used were nice.

This is the first time we have gotten a condo on the beach, so we just got it for two nights. We were so impress with the condo and it’s location that we know now to get it for more days next time!

Fantastic Getaway

The Condo was perfect!! Beautifully decorated and very clean!! There was plenty of space for me and my family. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The Condo is conveniently located to the pools and indoor pool with just a short walk to the beach. Carolyn was great to work with and the booking process was simple and easy. I definitely recommend staying at this property.

Loved being right at the beach and pool

It was neat, clean. Felt safe and secure. Never felt like we had to worry with the kids in our party. Easy access to our condo. Relaxing location, didn't have to worry about late night party noise which was great. Would stay again.

Property was amazing!!

Me and my family had a great time at this condo! The Unit was very clean and we enjoyed our time there! The unit was also conveniently located to the beach and made for easy everyday travel back and forth to the beach! We can not wait to go back next year! The owner was always in contact and helped if we had any questions!

Beautiful Condo in a Great Complex!

We had the best vacation! The condo was better than the pictures and description. Super clean and roomy. The owner was an absolute joy to work with. The complex is right on the beach and has many other options like several pools, basketball court, tennis, and an indoor pool. We love staying here and will definitely book this condo again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This condo was perfect! Our 3 year old loved the pools and we loved how close to the beach we were! The owners were great to work with even text once we arrived to make sure we made it okay and everything was good with the condo! We will absolutely rent from them again!

Relax and Enjoy

We enjoyed our stay this week. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and relaxing decor. We also loved the private beach and lush scenery. The restaurant on the resort site is very good as well. We also appreciated the attentive and timeliness of the owner. She was always available for questions and was very helpful! We will be back to visit!

Comfy and Clean!!!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. We have never entered a room that smelled that fresh, sheets included! The condo is well equipped and we had plenty of towels! The condo was very comfortable for our family of four and was everything the photos showed it to be. The owner was very impressive, and very attentive which we have never experiecened with a vacation rental before. We liked being able to communicate so easily with her. We also enjoyed the private beach and laid back atmosphere! It was nice not to have to see high rise condos for miles. There is a slight walk to the beach, but the newly built boardwalk made it incredibly easy to get there. Pools are very clean and well kept. The grounds are lush and look like an island get away. We really enjoyed the food at the Sassy Bass Island Grill and the breakfast was worth the quick walk over! We will be back to visit for sure!

Loved it!!!!

My husband and our two children have trouble finding time to take a vacation and with two kids it can be hard to actually relax and enjoy ourselves. Carolyn was available at any moment we needed her and was extremely easy to work with. The condo was beautiful and well taken care of. The indoor and outdoor pool was great for the kids. I will be coming back next time we plan a beach trip.

Wonderful place to stay!

The condo was Beautiful and very clean! This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. The owner was so accommodating and stayed in touch with us and made us feel so welcomed. This is located right on the beach. They have a great restaurant on site. We just had a fantastic vacation and will definitely be coming back each year. We already booked for next year!
