Summary:
Sunrise Village is a small, family-oriented beachfront complex with only 36 units. Sunrise Village #215 is located on West Beach about 1.5 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in the master and a queen-over-queen bunk in the guest bedroom, 1 full bath with tile walk-in shower & a new pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We have all sorts of restaurants nearby as well as touristy things to do like the Hangout restaurant and more!
The Space:
Sunrise Village is a small, family-oriented community with only 36 units. Sunrise Village #215 is located on West Beach about 1.5 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores (1159 West Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542).
There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in the master and a queen over queen bunk in the guest bedroom and a new pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our well-equipped kitchen features granite counters. The recently renovated bathroom features granite vanity and a large tile walk-in shower. We offer a family friendly atmosphere, with new bedding and linens, stack washer/dryer, flat screen TVs in all rooms, private pool and convenient location! The buildings are raised on stilts and requires navigating stairs to access the condo. Parking is underneath the building which can accommodate two regular sized vehicles. Only one oversized SUVs or truck will fit underneath. No boats or trailers are allowed.
To clarify, there is NO water view from the interior of this condo.
This is a non-smoking complex which includes the entire grounds of the property.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, community pool, and beach.
The Neighborhood:
We have all sorts of restaurants nearby as well as touristy things like the Gulf Shores Zoo, The Hangout restaurant, The Warf, The Track, golf courses, putt-putt and the Outlets in Foley. There are things for the whole family to do! Wave’s grocery and package is conveniently located across the street for those last-minute needs along with S & S Seafood market, Island Ice Cream and The Beach House restaurant.
Other Things to Note:
There is room for 2 vehicles to park under the structure. 2 vehicles are the max. Additional parking is available at our office.
This is a non-smoking complex which includes the entire grounds of the property.
There is no elevator so you will need to be able to navigate two flights of stairs to access the unit.
