Perfect location and amazing views! Space was well thought out and perfect for a large group! Lots of covered parking as well! As a property owner, I can tell when a property is a good one! I will say that there needs to be a few additions and changes that should be made. 1. For a 6 bed/5 bath house there needs to be enough pots and pans to cook for a large group. 2. Remote that controlled the primary bedroomâs fan/light was missing so we could never have the ceiling fan on without the light. Stand up fan was in the closet but did not work. 3. Automatic trash can needs to be ditched and replaced with a regular trash can that can accommodate full bag. (A house this big will produce a lot of trash with large groups. And will be less messy4. Bedding, mattresses, and pillows are poor/cheap quality.5. Biggest issue- cameras at top deck of home near hose. While we LOVED the extra hose up top, it can become a sticky situation. Families with small children will use this and we watched as the neighbors quickly stripped down their child to rinse them off. A sign needs to be placed there notifying families they are being recorded. This is for their safety and the owners who could be charged with receiving child pornography. Itâs also a little creepy to be rinsing off and having a camera pointed at you. Especially when most people in our group- and the neighbors- didnât recognize it as a camera until I mentioned it to them. Overall though an amazing home and highly recommend!!!
